Wszystko: widok z okna na 5 piętrze wspaniały, czysty i duży pokój, cicho w nocy, bo okna zupełnie tłumią hałas. Klimatyzacja nowa i wydajna. Brak parkingu na terenie hotelu ale nie jest to problem, bo parkingi wielopoziomowe są niedaleko. |

Perfect view and exclusive location! Warm colors, well done bathroom, good service. Electric kettle would be nice to have in the room. Russian channels is a plus. |

We had a good-sized luxury room with a small balcony overlooking the beach in Nice. We felt it had the best view of all the beach-front hotels. The English-speaking staff was helpful, and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out while we continued to explore Nice for the last day. The location was close to the old town, Castle Hill, and the port, as well as within walking distance of the bus station, tram, and much of the town. |

It is local to the port of Nice which is why I stayed at this hotel. In addition there are plenty of restaurants near by. No car parking and no restaurant. The room was noisey when anyone walked up the the stairs. |

The location is excellent - right on the Beach in Nice. We had a room with a terrace and that was great. The decor was a bit dated. The Wifi was only available in the lobby - it really should be available in every room. Car parking at the local pay lot is very pricey. The breakfast was pricey but so was breakfast in Cafe's in Nice. Overall a good location in Nice. |

Hotel has lovley view from balcony. It is convenient to old part of Nice and bus station. The room and bathroom were cleaned spotlessy each day and there is an easy to use safe in the room. |

The famous view day and by night especially. Very close to the old Nice and the market. The noise during the whole night of a machine or something similar (perhaps the heating in the machine room?) Very uncommod! |

The excellent location right on the waterline, in our third storey spacious room and the views around the bay; from my bed I looked down into the water. A good location for the old town, market and restaurants. The bed was a bit on the hard side! There was a blood stain on the curtain! |

Location and the views probably the best in town. Excellent breakfast too, although somewhat pricey. Doublebed was too narrow (at least for an elderly, non-honey-mooning couple ;-] |

The view was absolutely spectacular and very friendly staff. You could leave your key each day so you didn't have to drag it around. |

The hotel room was lovely, the staff extremely friendly, we were lucky enought to be on the fifth floor with balcony overlooking the promenade des anglais and the beautiful ocean, absolutely picture pefect. Good location, right next to old town. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great hotel. The only small issue would be the tiny lift, couldnt fit two people and luggage in at the same time, but at least they had a lift! |

The location was good with only a short walk to the old city and shopping.The view of the Bay was stunning and a delightful way to start and end a day. The room while clean and comfortable was on the small side and was looking a bit tired. As we faced the sea and the road, traffic noise was a nuisance and interrupted sleep. The small and slow lift, which we knew about from previous reviews, was an inconvenience also. |

Hotel was exactly as described - brilliant location with fantastic views over the Cote d' Azur, rooms very comfortable if a bit small and staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back and would recommend to others |

The staff were very happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. Great base to explore Nice, and the view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was very expensive |

My stay was outstanding in quality and pleasure. Having a view of the sea for the price we paid was unbelievable. The room was also quite spacious,the bathroom large and very clean. The interior design was very good with color choices which were soothing to the eye-- important when you consider the hot sun and heat in Nice. The staff was outstanding in every way---efficiency,courtesy, and consideration. Very,very accomodating! I liked everything! |

Spectacular view of the bay and Nice, and perfectly situated near to the Old Town, the Port, and the Marché aux Fleures. There is one, small, (3 person max) and rather lethargic lift. |
