Close to targeted event Room facilities are poor. No mini bar in hot days. Room space very small. (I was sitting alone in a double room, and have problems in movement !) |

I liked the location - very near to T2 station and not far to walk to Pont de Neuilly station, pleasant walks on Isle de Puteaux and close to the Bois de Boulogne. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the television in the room was good. No iron was available for ironing clothes, even though we asked several times. |

Nice staff, nice room with balcony (a bit noisy, but acceptable), easy access to the hotel (from metro) No air conditioning and no fridge in the room (for cool drinks or ice) during some extremely hot days. |

Easy access to the city, pleasant locality with plentiful restaurants and and shops nearby. Good views of the Eifell Tower and overlooks the Seinne. Traffic noise could be a problem but did not bother us particularly. |

Trop vieux. La chambre, moquette, tapisserie et la partie sanitaire, douche, carrelage à un besoin très très urgent de renovation. C'est innaceptable pour un Kyriad qui plus est Prestige !!! Pas de parking à l'hotel. Même le stationnement temporaire est problématique. Hotel à éviter absolument ou alors diviser le prix par 2 !!! |

Personal war stets freundlich/hilfsbereit. Frühstück-Buffet reichte aus (nach franz.Standard) Sanitäre Anlagen waren, oberflächlich gesehen und nach deren Standard, sauber (Ein paar Hygiene-Tücher mitnehmen) Flur in 2ten Etage roch "muffelig", Schrank für Anziehsachen im Doppelzimmer war für 2 Pers. viel zu klein (reichte kaum für 1 Pers.). Bett "etwas" zu klein für Leute über 1,90m Grösse ;-) |

L'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel. Les joints du carrelage de la salle de bain sont moisis. Les radiateurs électriques ne fonctionnent pas. Très peu de serviettes de toilette. Pas de mini bar comme précisé sur le site de booking.com. |

L'accueil est le point fort de cet Hôtel et sa situation géographique. Je dirais pas "Pas aimé", mais on voit que les chambres auraient besoin d'un petit cout de fraicheur au niveau de la deco, par contre elle sont très propres. |
