Very kind staff. Good (and free) parking. Very good location, close to the downtown, SNCF, public transport. Small room (I booked only single). Could be cleaner, but for 1 night was good. |

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel was easy to find being so near the station and walking distance to all sights. Room was ok but rather dim and dull - decor needs brightening up. |

Hotel was close to the centre of City Room was quite small and there was no mirror or plug points to use a hairdryer. Lamp over bed on one side did not work. Colours of room were pretty dark and depressing |

We liked the convenience (close to station and city centre) and the fact that parking was easily available at the station. The road system round that area is quite confusing - a plan of how to get to the carpark beforehand would have helped. |

Location- walking distance to city centre No wifi service/reception as advertised. (should not have claimed to have such service). For the price- should have A/C rather than a fan. Beware-only 4 parking spaces, Amex not acceptable. |

Staff was very friendly. Old-fashioned bathtub was fun. Conveniently located next to train station and bus stop for airport. A little too close to train station--very noisy. No A/C, no fan = uncomfortably hot. |

Excellent location as it's right beside gare SNCF and only a very short walk to town centre. Also reception area is very nice. Reception area seems recently done up and gives a good first impression of the hotel, so it's then a bit of a shock when you see the bedrooms as they are quite old looking. Also main complaint was all of the nails (finger or toe) on the floor of the room. Also. although it was a room for 4 there were only two towels, two sachets on shower gel etc. |

La proximité du centre ville Quelque chose ne fonctionne pas : réservation d'une chambre "supérieure" sur Booking et je me retrouve dans une petite chambre sans baignoire. La remise accordée par l'hôtel est ridicule, 2€ par nuit, une partie du mobilier est vieillote (beaucoup de formica), l'éclairage d'ambiance est assuré par des néons (bruyants) et il en manque un sur deux, le radiateur dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas... pas étonnant quand on voit son état ! La penderie propose bien des ceintres mais impossible de suspendre quoi que ce soit... il y a 30 cm entre le ceintre et la première étagère. Rien de vraiment fonctionnel donc. La chambre est propre. L'ambiance globale dans l'hôtel assez lugubre même si on veut donner à l'ensemble un côté design. |

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Pas d'accès internet dans les chambres. C'est par ailleurs le seul hôtel à ma connaissasnce qui exige un paiement anticipé,dès l'arrivée même dans l'hôtel. Curieux. Je sillonne la France à longueur d'année et je n'ai jamais été confronté à une telle pratique. |

Accueil charmant et très agréable. Notre chambre (n° 14) insuffisante: aucune possibilité d'accrocher un vêtement (ni tringle, ni crochets). Matelas pas bon. Eau tiède. |

è presente in bano un telospugna per ciascun ospite ma non anche l'ascigamano, alla mia richiesta di adattatore per il mio cavo del pc (spina a tre ) visto la presenza di prese francesi a due fori la reception non le aveva in dotazione ( è da precisare che avevano quelle per prese inglesi ed americane), il pacheggio privato ( nel quale comunque ho trovato sempre posto) ha una capienza di 3/4 autovetture a fronte di 20 camere...la mia scelta sull'albergo era dettata anche dalla presenza del parcheggio privato ( forse sarebbe corretto indicare questo particolare) |

Très bien situé, malgré les légères nuisances de la gare. Parking gratuit. Très facile à trouver que l'on se déplace en voiture. Personnel charmant. Décoration du hall d'entrée et de la salle à manger très réussie. Malgré une literie confortable et très propre, la chambre est quelque peu "rustique". |
