Convenience, price, internet in rooms and parking. Also a more than adequate breakfast at a reasonable price. Nothing for the price and location.

The receptionist (owner?) made you very welcome and was extremely friendly and professional at the same time. Good value overall and across the street from the train station. Room a bit small but ok

This was my first time in France never mind Nimes! The coach from the airport was outside to the right of the terminal exit doors, 5 euros for the journey, the first stop was the Hotel Terminus, right beside the rail station. That has its good and bad points, easy access for onward travel or day trips as I did to other city's, others have commented about the tannoy system but I never heard it.The staff, fantastic, helpful and the lady speaks a little english, I have never spoken french before and this was most helpful. The accom is on par with a travel lodge, basic standard single room but the bed was a single and a half. Clean linen and tidied out every day.I would certainly stay here again and I have family now in the region. I have no complaints or grumbles and will stay here again. I have no complaints, good standard basic hotel accom.

This place is best avoided unless you are desperate to be close to the station (you can lie in bed and listen to the train announcer) and there's nowhere else available.

Good location, close to station and to main attractions. Airport shuttle drops off and picks up ouside. Small room, made even smaller by an en suite shower/toilet facility. No air conditioning which meant we had to sleep with windows open. Not a good idea when you start getting station announcements at about 5 o clock in the morning. Would not recommend to someone except as an overnight stopover.

The ease due to location. Parking was an issue on 5 spots and the staff/owner not willing to help (her car was taking up 1 spot) despite the fact that we had 2 small children with us.

The staff were the hotels main strength, Jean-Jaques and Pascale were really excellant making us feel most welcome . They certainly enhanced our holiday experience. The location of the hotel is excellant being adjacent to the Gare de Nimes and 10 mins walk from the city sights. The airport shuttle bus{5e} stops outside the hotel..another plus. The rooms were very tired and needed extensive refurbishment, They need A/C badly. When we were there the temp was 37C and sleeping was difficult. There was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom. The breakfast was expensive but to be fair compared ok with breakfasts bought at city cafes because the choice of food at the Terminus was much more varied. If you are using the Terminus as a one night staging post it works ok but if like us you there for 5 nights plus it was not really suitable.

Comfortable room, nicely decorated and friendly staff. No air conditioning, although we knew this before we arrived and there was a fan in the room. Also a bit close to the station - no problem for us as we live near a train station but we could hear the platform announcements from our room.

Close proximity to the mainline station. We stayed overnight en-route to our destination We booked a superior room - very basic in all respects. Bed linen/Pillows left a lot to be desired. Breakfast poor, very little by way of choice and no fruit whatsoever
