The style of the room

The night shift person at the counter had understood we were going to visit a local club and seemed extremely judgemental about it

Staff were very pleasant and efficient

I thought that the hotel was wonderful; staff members are great and location is fantastic for museums (Louvre is a couple of blocks away), monuments, high-end shopping, and transportation. The Left Bank/Latin Quarter is also a short walk across the Seine from this location so you have the best of both. The design of the hotel was very chic/pleasant, even if some of the rooms were quite small. Complimentary breakfast (and seating in breakfast room) was minimal; service was extremely slow. In all, a very good choice. I recommend first floor rooms facing small terrace (rooms 106, 107, and 109 are especially nice) which enable you to avoid the small elevator.

The internet access was a disaster.The hotel advertises free wireless service, but we could not get our laptops (Macs) to work at all. We had to try to use the "computer closet" (a desktop computer in--literally--a small closet) which was deadly hot and the computer was extremely slow. It didn't open up many of the pages we needed. This was a significant problem for us.

Too small room

The room was clean and modern. The location of the hotel is very central to the museums and monuments and transportation. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Our flight was leaving early, so can't comment on the breakfast.

Room is very small, but it's not a problem unless you are spending alot of time there.

It was convenient to the city locations that I wanted to visit and the metro system

Price - but Paris is expensive

My travelling companion found the bed too hard, however I thought it was fine. Rooms are v. small, but for the price and location that is expected.

The feel of the hotel is very boutiquey and stylish. The staff are very friendly and helpful and willing to let you try out some pigeon french on them! The location is also brilliant for the Louvre.

The lift is a bit noisy and was behind the wall in our bedroom, but not noticeable enough to keep us awake.

Airport shuttle service - Yellow Taxi, service provided by hotel. We nearly missed our flight. We had 3 transfers to a differant Taxi enroute so they could increase their profit - do not use!

The friendlyness of the staff and the esthetics of the hotel, which is great and situated right in the center.

De ligging van het hotel is prachtig, je bent in het historische centrum van Parijs. De straat is heel stil, zodat je met een raam open kan slapen.

De kamers zijn vrij klein.
