Day staff helpful. Close to EiffelTower. Walking distance to metro and bus stations.
Night staff unaware of hotel processes. Room way to small for couple with baby, no option given to upgrade. No vending machines. No meal voucher arrangements with surrounding restuarants. Heater does not work.
Close to Eifel, metro station
had a special request early booking, came to hotel with hour delay and still i couldnt get a room. So they were cleaning room so hard, that they missed cleaned chewing gum stick beside bed from previous stayers... didnt have a double bed, two singles, "great" for couple and bed was sliding away from wall
Extremely small rooms and toilets. No breakfast option. Staff not very friendly.
We appreciated that we were in the middle of Paris and the price would reflect. However, the room was very small as was the bathroom. We could not sit on the toilet comfortably or dry ourselves in the bathroom after having a shower. Would have been nice to have had a TV satellite system that had a few English speaking channels.
Cleanliness Friendly Staff Hassle free stay.
Close to the Eiffel tower Excellent location
Room was tiny
5th floor is the best room for living. You can see the top of Tour Eifel. Don't take breakfast. It's too expansive and there is amazing bakery with sweet cakes and hot bagets.
The staff is not attentive. Only one outlet.
Amazing location, 500m from subway and 100m from ground transport. You can actually walk to most of the sight seeing areas in paris, you will find that the time using transportation is longer than walking. The area around is full of restaurants. Every thing in the room is to the point and works well. We leave the room early morning for sight seeing and came back late night ..sleep like dead and again the next day..
Very small room ...I mean very small. could be noisy for light sleeper like me: the street of the hotel is small and any one passing in the street talking or sneezing the echo of the sound transmits well to your room
Location was great if you are looking to be within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.
Employee at reception was extremely rude and inept. He mostly grunted. Upon arrival we were not greeted with a hello, instead he glared at us shaking his head, puzzled that someone might enter the hotel reception area. I had pre-booked on the internet and when we finally worked through him finding the reservation he gave us the key to the room. The room was on the ground level with no window in the actual bedroom, just a very small window in the little hall at the entrance. This was nothing close to what was represented on their website. I told him that a room with no window was not acceptable to us and he said that they had nothing else available. I proceeded directly to a hotel down the street to ask re: availability. This hotel had a friendly person working at the front desk and I was actually greeted upon arrival. We were in need of a triple room which they no longer had available in this hotel but upon hearing our situation he said that he would give us a double but that he doubted that Tour Eiffel would refund our night we had pre- booked with them. I went back to Tour Eiffel and explained that I would like to move to a hotel where the bedroom had a window. Much grunting later, he found a double that was available. The double room had a window! We took it though sleeping was tight as we were three. Upon exiting the hotel to go to dinner, map in hand , I asked if Rue St. Dominique was to the right or the left when we exited the hotel. It is the closest street to the hotel and he did not know!? We asked for a wake- up call for the next morning and he assured us that he would leave a note for the person taking over his post in the morning. Needless to say, there was no wake- up call. The person who we were greeted by in the morning at reception was wonderful. He was cheerful, helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding area.
Accessible to all places a tourist would want to be. Stone's throw to Eiffel. Good resto abounds as soon as we step out of the hotel. Bus transport system was useful and great. Will use this hotel again.
The Metro has works between Invalides and St. Michael during our arrival . We have to re-route and re-configure our metro trips to the hotel from Gare Lyon our selves. Metro staffs should had been more helpful in this case which was not. The staff at the hotel didn't give us much help at this point.
-Very tight and uncomfortable toilet and shower! -Cleaning was done poorly. Particularly under beds and bath rooms. -No shampoo supplied. -No welcoming staff. Particularly when you need to take their guide and information about Paris and transportation. I believe they consider everybody MUST know Paris before they decide to travel there!!
-Stayed just 3 minutes to Eiffel Tower -Walking distance to metro -Worth the value considering its price
how close the hotel was to eiffel tower
room too small and not at all what pictures show, not enough towels provided and bed very uncomfortable
- About 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to Eiffel Tower. -a lot eating places near by -within walking distance to grocery store
-Without basic facilities like a table, a chair, a water kettle and a small fridge. -Room without privacy as you drew the curtain the rooms upstair and room opposite can see inside of this room. -Due to hot summer weather you felt insecure when opened the window to sleep
Location. Nice staff
Location of the hotel was fab- 5 mins from eiffel tower, great restaurants n shops close by and nsny other attractions all within walking distance.
Room was very small but given the location and price this was fine. It would have been nice to have some bottled water in the room and a small fridge
Good location for the Eiffel tower, River Seine &Champs Elysee. Clean and well presented.
Was very noisy as our room overlooked the street. Also you could hear every footstep and sound from the floor above. We Didn't sleep very well.
Within the city, and accessible.
On the day of our check out, the elevator was not functioning and we carried our heavy baggage from level 4 down to level 0, through the stairs. No one even assisted us. The room is so small for its price.
We were just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower a very good spot. The hotel let us leave our suitcases there as we arrived early in the morning. The room was very clean.
The room was very small with the four beds in it but we were only there for one night.
The location was good, very close to the Eiffel Tower, the room was clean.
1 reception staff member was not overlly friendly or helpful nor did he smile, the other was nice and helpful. There was only 1 powerpoint in the room and wifi only worked for me on the second day as it said to many people were logged in, but worked for my partner.
Near to the Eiffel where you can find the Tour buses.
Short walk from St Germain and Eiffel Tower. Clean, tidy, felt safe. Nice eateries, bakerues, supermarket short distance. Bus short distance.
Very small room, very small shower and toilet area. No tea/coffee in room, no bar fridge in room. It's good place yo sleep but not a relax hotel as no room to stetch uour legs or pour a glass of wine. The outdoor area pictured is not big enough to fit two people around table. Do your researchas not sure if there are better or same for cheaper.
