Very friendly and helpful staff (or owners?).Lovely rooms - we got one in pink -not only the wallpapers but also the doors, bed, bathroom, even the toilet. Quite location in a small street altogh directly at the city center of Vichy. A perfect example how to refurbish a room with a lot of feeling for details. To be highly recommended!

In the centre of the city. The friendly owners provided useful travel and restaurant information. We were first given a couple room with a 'refrigerator' size shower cabin that I couldn't stand with. The owner was very kind to change another room with bathtube and baclony.

L'accueil est excellent. Le couple de propriétaires est charmant, attentif et soucieux de votre bien-être. Si vous arrivez avant l'heure, on garde vos bagages et on les installe dans votre chambre où vous les trouvez à votre retour. Très bon ppetit déjeuner où encore une fois on demande si vous désirez davantage. Les chambres on été repeintes et on note le soin apporté à la propreté et au confort. Le seul petit chose serait d'enlever les rideaux de douche pour mettre des portes qui sont plus pratiques.

L'atout principal de cet hôtel est son emplacement en centre ville. Les gérants sont également forts sympathiques. Toutefois le décor est très vieillot, la salle de bain minuscule, le petit déjeuner (pas cher il est vrai) comporte le strict minimum (un croissant pas terrible et deux petits morceaux de baguette)... Aucune insonorisation ce qui fait qu'on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à coté (y compris dans les sanitaires!) et les planchers craquent au moindre pas. La déco qui fait penser aux hôtels de province d'antan....et l'absence d'insonorisation....
