We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trianon. Alain and Catherine were very gracious hosts who were extremely attentive. They greeted us each time we entered. Very nice people and great conversation - both English and French. We loved our family suite! Two rooms and one bathroom was perfect for us and our two daughters, age 14 and 16. Their room had 2 twin beds and a sink/mirror. Our room had a double bed, desk, wardrobe and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink/mirror. It was great to be all in one room but to have some privacy with doors between us. The family suite was at the end of a hall, so we felt we didn't have to worry about being very quiet. It was lovely! We had the "petit dejeuner" one morning which was well worth the reasonable price. It is basically a continental breakfast, and we would have liked some protein (meat or eggs), but the next morning we decided to have breakfast at a local cafe and had no protein there for a higher price. We only found a decent price for a quiche at one corner cafe. Seems protein for breakfast in France is not traditional. Other than that, there was nothing negative about Trianon.

Very friendly and helpful staff (or owners?).Lovely rooms - we got one in pink -not only the wallpapers but also the doors, bed, bathroom, even the toilet. Quite location in a small street altogh directly at the city center of Vichy. A perfect example how to refurbish a room with a lot of feeling for details. To be highly recommended!

In the centre of the city. The friendly owners provided useful travel and restaurant information. We were first given a couple room with a 'refrigerator' size shower cabin that I couldn't stand with. The owner was very kind to change another room with bathtube and baclony.

L'accueil est chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est copieux, de plus un ascenseur est à disposition et ce n'est pas négligeable. Le bruit, extérieur et intérieur n'est pas propice à une grasse matinée !

Nous avons surtout apprécié l 'amabilité , assez exceptionnelle , du couple qui gère cet hôtel . Ceci dit , il y avait assez peu de monde à ce moment à Vichy . Difficultés de stationnement , mais c 'est le centre ville ...
