Very good standard compared to similar hotels in this area. Rooms seem to have been recently renovated. No room service, which is very unusual by international standards for a 4 star hotel, however there are places very close by that stay open late. |

I very much enjoyed the spaciousness of the room along with the cleanliness. Also, as I often travel to Paris due to my work as a lawyer and need to use my computer quit a bit, I liked the fact that the rooms offer wireless internet access. The staff; both helpful and friendly. No, I would like to see special rates being offered for regular customers though. Again, I often travel to Paris due to my work and would definately choose the hotel more often if such special rates were offered to regular cusomers. |

Hotel nice situated, near nice shopping area, not far from touristic interest points. Even if I booked a superior room, it was very small. A narrow (140 cm) double bed could hardly fit there. Do not recommend it for families with children. The elevator is tiny, for maximum two slim adults and possibly one samll child. No coffee facilities in the room. The heating was not working in the room. |

Clean and comfortable rooms Lift was too small. It would have been helpful if the staff at breakfast could have spoken English (although it probably would have also been helpful if I could speak more French!) |

The location of the hotel is very good for someone who wants to be 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is in a quiet street. The difficulty of parking, although that's a problem in many hotels of the city centre. The elevator was very small. |

the bed in the hotel was very comfortable but that was about it The heating in my first room was broken, as it was -2 degrees we asked to be moved, 5 hours after informing reception we were moved to a new room that was at best luke warm. There was no hot water available in either room it was a disgrace. After numerous complaints to the unhelpfull receptionist we were told why are you asking me and there was no sign of the manager when we asked to speak to him. |

Very nice area of the city. Very nice style to the rooms. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Tiny elevator, when using luggage with more then one person you are probably going to take turns, and it is not the fastest of elevators either. |

Location is great and hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast of 20 euro was absolutely overpriced for what is offered. Also, the staff was shocking when asked to deal with a fault - no hot water in rooms. I'm still waiting for them to fix the problem! |

The hotel was nicely situated in La Muette with easy access to the metro, the room was clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Below the room I was staying in, where the front sliding doors which did make a racket all night when opening and closing. |

The location of the hotel was good and the room and the bathroom were clean. Yes: 1) the room was cold, the heating system didn't work and it was replaced by the staff with an electric heater that made a lot of noise during the night. 2) the concierge on my departure date was extremely rude and arrogant, he was unhelpful in finding a taxi and for this reason I missed the train and had to buy new train tickets. The hotel should work with more than one taxi companies. |

It took me 1 hour of waiting to check-in due to inefficiancy and only 1 staff at counter in busy afternoon. The location is not convenient to tourist spots except 15min walk to Eiffel Tower. Other than that, it is really far end from everywhere - city and other attractions. Breakfast is expensive. |

They didn't clean my room one of the days I was there. Depending on the day, I paid a rate ranging from 120 to 165 EUR. I think the rate should not increase so much from one day to another (roughly 50%) just because of demand. |
