Very friendly staff at the reception. Very charming hotel. Very well located.

The hotel was nice. It was a bit pricey but it is Paris. The room that we stayed in was clean and spacious for European standards. The location was great for us. The metro was convent allow with shopping and restaurants.

Located in a very quiet street, hotel has a good location near metro station Passy and walking distance from Eiffel Tower. Cosy atmpsphere and comfortable bed.

Bathroom as big as bedroom!

Great location (my second stay) close to the OECD, close to the metro and eiffel tour. Quiet in a small street. Big supermarket is only two min walk away. Nice room with a good size and comfy bed.

In a four star hotel there should be tea/coffee making facilities. In the bath it was very difficult to adjust to the right water temperature, either it was too hot or too cold. When I got into the room it was 28 C, way too hot and generally the airconditioning system did not seem to work very well. Wifi somewhat unreliable. Breakfast too expensive, I did not have that.

-The location, near to the Passy metro, was very convenient. -Many interesting shops around the hotel. -The staff was friendly and helpful.

-Very high price compared to the room offered. -We had booked a a room with three beds and we got a double where a convertible armchair was added. -No space to move in the room. -No hotel parking is a disadvantage. -Rather poor breakfast. -In general, the hotel didnot offer the facilities of a 4star hotel.

It has a beautyful and large bathroom. The design is nice and chic,location is good in a typical french area

Our room was the tiniest room in the world!!! It was less than 3X3m!!!! It is even in Paris small! Breakfast is a robbery for 20 Euros....

hotel have some problem and move us to another hotel but the star of hotel we move in is only 3 star hotel, we were very disappoint with the hotel, actually the hotel look very good but they are not responsible as much as it should be for the problem. I understand the problem but the hotel should be in the same star.

Breakfast choices of food does not cater for certain basic diet requirements. for example the choice of cereals is very limited.

Room service was terrible, and the 'free internet' was not working for most of my stay, and was going to be fixed two or three days after I left.

Although staff grear the advertised tea and coffee was not in room and had to keep going to kitchen for top ups. The very small lift and slowness has been reported before but we seemed always to walk 4 floors as lift occupied or slow. We were 3 60 plusses and 4 steep flights of stairs not ideal

Located not far from BIG BUS TOUR staition and metro station. The streets around are very nice - there are a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the area is relatively calm and not crowded. The rooms are very new and clean.

Basically, all is OK, but the room is so small! We were 2 people (doughter and mother) and we stayed in a Double room. But it was small even for one person! The elevator is 40x40 sm, so if you are alone, very skiny and don't have a bag - you may try to use it. If your weight is more than 45kg, or you have a bag with you - only stairs!
