The location was great, out of the way, but close to everything via the Metro. The rooms were clean, nicely renovated, and even had two English language TV channels. The staff did try to accommodate our requests whenever possible with the utmost courtesy. Our room did not have a working shower, so they changed our room to a larger one after two nights. This was a nice gesture, unfortunately the new rooms heater did not work, so it never got above 17 degrees Celsius, much too cold for us. Plus, the bathroom was about two degrees colder due to a window and always smelled like smoke - the hotel was non-smoking. We complained multiple times every day for the remaining five days of our trip, but it was not resolved. Since it was December in Paris, walking around in the cold all day and coming back to a cold hotel room was not fun. If they had been able to fix the heater, we'd have given this hotel 5 stars. |

Convenient location, clean housekeeping would open room even with do not disturb sign on the door. Also, road noise from delivery/garbage truck early morning. |

The room and accommodations. The front desk personnel was nice enough. Could not be accommodated for a late check out and a housekeeper came into my room without knocking on the door. |

Location is in very beautiful location of Paris with excellent cafes and restaurants, shops, marche, lively environment. The hotel has been newly renevated and comfortable. Access to 2 metro stations are short walking distance. |

Absolutely great hotel, perfect price/quality condition. Georgeous Room, Superior arranged by Hotel staff. Perfect location near the Place Trocadero, Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. Mini-bar is allways expensive, but I would suggest the Hotel to swop the mini-beer bottle 25cl with a normal one of 33cl for the price of 6 euro. |

I liked the style of the hotel and the staff at the reception was always very nice. The hotel offers a nice entrance / living room area. I had problems with my room. It was not competely ready on the first night (E.G., there were no pilow case), and then I asked that the room be left unclean (the hotel does not offer the option of requesting that the towels be left unchanged), but they kept cleaning it! Which I supppose is not suc an issue in itself. |

Good value given the discounted price that I paid. The quality of the food at the buffet breakfast is not good value for the price of 20 Euros. Rooms with connecting doors are not sufficiently sound proofed! |

We just spent our 25th anniversary in this hotel in Paris. Close to Eiffel Tower (10 mins stroll) as well as Metro stations.Great staff.Quiet location. Clean well appointed rooms. We upgraded to the Superior room with a balcony on the 7th floor. You will enjoy your stay here. Lift is a bit small but you'll get used to it.. |

Great location and shoping strips. Near by Metro and walking distance to Tour Eiffel. This hotel is good value for money especialy in Paris. Standard Parisian rooms and services. Rooms are small but comfy. Ask for 7th floor balcony view ( it's good for night wine and maybe friends too). If you traveling by car, then most of city streets parking in August is free, but you got to look around. Restaurant advice: try Buddha-Bar 8, ru Boissy D'Anglas I 75008 Paris phone: +33153059000 for reservations. Average price: € 50-70 Exclusive! Expected for Parisian standards. |
