People were nice, friedly and helpull The conditions are very poor. Not clean, a lot of dust, basic things are not in place such as shampoo, remote control for TV (which have just 3 channels), and "all this" for a very high price!! |

I really liked the location, the room was clean and that is practically all. I understand that Paris is an expensive city but I would really expect higher quality for the price. It is an old hotel, very basic. |

Friendly and helpful staff, great location but not too noisy to sleep, glazed windows for privacy, no smoke smell in room or hotel, hotel has water and beverages available for purchase I got sick and had to go home early, they would not refund my last night's payment. Generally, the towels were old and scratchy, some are stained, hot water is limited and there are no shower curtains to keep the shower water from getting all over the bathroom floor. However, I am sure all of these are typical of Parisian hotels in this price range. |

Location. Close to Metro station. Need some refreshment. Sealings with mould. Towels seems very old. Water comes on flor from sink, because there was a problem with pipes etc. |

Its proximity to the metro station and other facilities (restaurants, taxi stops, shops). A clean hotel. Very narrow lift, not a very good noise-isolation between rooms. Towels were not changed during my 3-day stay. |

The location and proximity to two metro stations. The staff were not very helpful and the carpets and walls of our room were filthy. I'm not sure that laughing at your clients because they have a question (ex. Can you recommend a good restaurant nearby? Etc. etc.), is what they teach you at Hotelier school. They must have skipped class that day. Hot water is also an issue - run for a good 10 minutes prior to taking your shower!! |

Nothing at all This hotel is below any critic.Do not recommend this hotel in future.We have seen many people checking out and asking for their money back as soon as the saw the state of the rooms.The lift was not in working condition when we checked in.We were obliged to pay for the whole stay upopn arrival.Pushed to purchased breakfast even before we decided if we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel. |

With the exception of the excellent location, everything else stinks Everything. The hotel is old, no elevator service, rude front desk personnel, dirty towels, no heater working or air conditioned room, super small room although it was offered for three people, and on and on...... |

It was clean and was not too noisy. The elevator was not working, the staff didn't offer help - nor to me, nor to some elderly guests that I saw dragging their suitcases up and down the narrow stairs. Their internet service was also poor: its on an ancient and very slow computer, and, again, the staff was not very cooperative: I didn't have much cash, and the staff did not agree to write the bill on my room, so that I can pay later. |

Nothing, perharps only the silent room. The reception was very poor, no space to store your lugage upon arrival, until chek-in time. The room was very very small, and the bathroom was not clean at all. The towels were like sand paper, there was mold everywhere, and the shower box was less than 1 square meter in size. Perharps a possible hotel for students traveling solo. I do not recommend for family. |

Friendly staff on reception. Great location for what I needed. Room was really dirty. Even after i asked for it to be cleaned, when I returned that night, the bedding was still dirty. |
