I chose the hotel for its proximity to the Montparnasse Station where I had to catch an early train next morning. It's also a very interesting part of Paris to stay in. The staff were particularly welcoming and helpful.

The room was very small, with hardly any space for my suitcase, but apart from this it was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and very clean.

Location is very central and easy to access everywhere by train. Rooms are so small but bathrooms are new so I felt the comfort. Service people are so helpful and sincere.

The rooms are very old and the hotel was very unconfortable without air conditioned at the rooms. The breakfast was served in a small basket and was very poor.

Location and ease of parking and access to city locations no more than hours walk! Brilliant view from the room of the Eiffel tower and Montpanesse.

Needed a credit card to verify I would turn up rather than a debit card.

Excellent location, with good accessibility by both foot and underground to all areas of the city, extremely helpful and friendly staff.

This is essentially to my mind a city break hotel, offering clean, comfortable and convenient accommodation. Possibly lacking in terms of a bar / cafe / leisure area. Also at the time of our stay in late August 2011, there were works taking place in the hotel for the duration of our stay (9am to about 6pm daily). Although not terribly disruptive, it would have been nice to have been informed of thw works in advance of our stay.

excellent location to catch the train in the morning. room was spacious enough and very quiet thanks to double glazing. air conditioning in the room.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to major attractions by metro, although not noisy itself. The staff is very helpful with getting around and troubleshooting. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Blvd Montparnasse with many lovely restaurants, including the famous La Coupole brassierie. It is also excellently located for the Metro (Montparnasse-Bienvenue) and 30-45 minutes walking distance from many sights including the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Musee D'Orsay, Musee du Louvre, Blvd San Germain. Access from Charles du Gaulle airport is easy by bus to Gare du Montparnasse and the nearby Metro line 4 gets you to/from Gare du Nord in 20 mins for Eurostar travellers. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

There was renovation work going on, which was quite noisy from about 8/9am and there was a very small amount of noise from rooms adjacent and above (shower, flush, footsteps) and you could hear the elevator all the time, the shaft was next to our room -- nothing that would really disturb sleep, however. The breakfast is quite expensive for what it is: cereal, juice, tea/coffee, basket of (pre-packed) pastries/bread - better value to be had elsewhere.

ホテルスタッフの対応が温かく、とてもよかった。基本的な設備は整ってます。普通に清掃されてます。 駅からも近く利用しやすい。

Habitación amplia, buena cama cuarto de baño muy nuevo perfecto por la cercania a la estación

Llegamos a las tres de la tarde y nos dijo la de recepción que debido a las obras de renovación no estaba disponible aún la habitación, y que no tenia ni idea de cuando lo iba a estar !!!!. Durante por lo menos un cuarto de hora estuvimos intentando que nos concretase algo, y no hubo forma. Hablamos por telefono con un jefe(?) , al menos en español por cierto, y nos daba por lo menos dos horas de espera. Finaalmente nos ofrecieron otra habitación inferior y lo aceptamos,claro, aunque la habitación resulto buena

Proche de la gare le reste....

à part le fait qu'il se trouve très proche de la gare Montparnasse je ne vois vraiment pas ce qu'on peut trouver à cet hôtel crasseux indigne de mentionner 3 étoiles. J'utilise à bon escient le terme de crasseux , il suffit de le visiter et d'y aller voir les chambres , d'autres termes encore moins engageants seraient envisageables et le tout pour tout de même 119 euros ....
