Perfect location - very close to metro station, live area - good aand friendly personnel, nice and comfortable rooms, clean and cosy. Would definetely stay in the hotel once again come to Paris.

Very convenient for Gare Montparnasse. Fairly quiet and very comfortable. I imagine it could be noisy from other rooms if it was very busy. I was there at a quiet period.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. When I became ill, they were able to have a doctor come within the hour. The reception staff spoke English and were knowledgeable about the area. The lady in the breakfast room was extremely nice and delivered a lovely tray to our room when I wasn't feeling well. The location is superb for shopping, restaurants, proximity to transportation (Metro and train station).

Receptionists are very kind. The room is comfortable and clean. It is a reasonable price for the room. The toilet flush of upper room is very noisy but I think in Paris it is general.

The personnel is very nice and friendly. Excellent location - close to shops, restaurants and metro hub station with four different lines. Within walking distance of the main tourist sites in the center. Rooms could be bigger - two people can hardly move about simultaneously. The walls are very thin - you can hear every toilet flushing and every bed creaking. The television was working very poorrly - the satellite signal was very weak.

Is in a very good area The rooms are very old and the hotel was very unconfortable without air conditioned at the rooms. The breakfast was served in a small basket and was very poor.

Location and ease of parking and access to city locations no more than hours walk! Brilliant view from the room of the Eiffel tower and Montpanesse. Needed a credit card to verify I would turn up rather than a debit card.

Perfect location, comfort room, very good bathroom, reasonable price. The wi-fi could be more reliable, that is the only reason to mention a minus point for the hotel.

Excellent location, with good accessibility by both foot and underground to all areas of the city, extremely helpful and friendly staff. This is essentially to my mind a city break hotel, offering clean, comfortable and convenient accommodation. Possibly lacking in terms of a bar / cafe / leisure area. Also at the time of our stay in late August 2011, there were works taking place in the hotel for the duration of our stay (9am to about 6pm daily). Although not terribly disruptive, it would have been nice to have been informed of thw works in advance of our stay.

The location (it's 5 min from the Montparnasse train station), i was in transit and left at 7am. Access to the Internet caused some issues, but were resolved quickly and efficiently

Waldorf is an excellent value for the money, it's quiet, airconditioned, and comfortable. It is also at an excellent location at Montparnasse, with a Monoprix supermarket right next doors. It was my fourth stay there.

Good location for Montparnasse train station. Front desk person very friendly and helpfull Room decor is dated & a bit tired looking. Ok for a one night transit stay. Very basic facilliites

Nice room, comfortable beds. Good location to start exploring the city. The bathrooms (in other rooms) were being renovated during our stay, which caused some noise.
