Staff was very helpful and friendly, convenient to Air France Bus, metro, restaurants, etc. Felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Room was clean ... fresh and bright. Air conditioning did not seem to work ... I did not inquire about it, but that might be a problem in the room I was in |

Very convenient location & helpful staff Room did not have air-conditioning as advertised. Apparently 5 rooms in this class do not have it, but website was mis-leading in saying all 30 rooms do. Rooms small but comfortable. |

Close to train and metro stations allowing easy access to Paris centre. Some nice restaurants close by. Close to tower which was well worth a visit. Staff very friendly and efficient. The view from our room was terrible. We had a room which looked in on many other rooms and vice versa, was hoping to get a room looking out onto the main street. |

It is a small hotel, but it is nicely renovated and has all facilities you expect from a 3 star hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and speak good English. Stayed for one week and had a very pleasant experience. Somewhat stale smell in the room and the corridor. Had to open windows a lot to ventillate. It was no major problem, but perhaps they should improve the ventillation system in the hotel. |

The Waldforf is very central, its right beside the Metro and good restaurants, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was delivered on time to our room. The experiance is what we wanted. |

Perfect location ! Near Metro station and Train station It's too old ....everything inside is very old and it does not look clean ... also although we got a Non-smoking room , we still could smell someone smoking from next door |

Closer to the metro and train stations. Closer to restaurants and quite a few places are at the walkable distance. Reception desk folks were very nice and helpful. They were always available and responded promptly to all our questions. Expectedly, the room was small and noisy. You can almost hear/listen to what your neighbors are doing.. |

The room was clean, comfortable and very convenient for Montparnasse station THe heating was rather warm on the night that I stayed here. There was a lot of traffic and pedestrian noise fom the street outside. |

L'hôtel est bien situé avec des chambres de taille acceptable. Côté cour pas de bruit gênants la nuit. La dernière rénovation date d'il y a un moment et cela se voit surtout dans la salle de bain. |

Me ha gustado la coincidencia de los comentarios de otros pasajeros, con lo que hemos experimentado personlamente. Se nota la remodelacion reciente. El baño es amplio,no huele mal la moqueta, las camas son muy comodas, y la limpieza es muy buena. Los ventanales protejen muy bien de los ruidos externos.laubicacion es inigualable!!! Excelente acceso a todos los lugares de interes turistico.el personal es muy atento,sobre todo, la recepcionista que habla español, es muy agradable y muy servicial.es muy recomendable alojarse aqui. Quizas, en otra e`poca del año, el asensor resulte pequeño, y lento, para cantidad de publico. |
