Very closed to the most important things. You can left your car in the parking house. There is no wi-fi, and the staff was not interested about it when I asked, but I asked every day during my stay./ 6 days/. I can't belive is true. I you need wi-fi forget this hotel. No restaurant, no bar, no wi-fi, 4 star is too much, you can find a better hotel for the same money. Next time I will ry another one. |

Perfect location, but that's the only positive thing I can mention about the hotel Definitely not worth 4 stars! Receptionist much rather talked with colleagues rather then helping customers, room much too small, one large bed with no room left to move or to place luggage, Internet not working which seems to be a recurring problem, shower not functioning and water did not flush, bell boy entering the room for no apparent reason, elevator broken, breakfast room is a joke for the size of the hotel. Max 2 stars thus way too expensive. Definitely not worth the Waldorf label |

Good bed - clean room - good location. Too much noise in the room from the outside traffic. Windows should be replaced. |

The hotel was small and quiet which made it easy to get my work completed without being bothered. The location was perfect as well. The attitude of the morning receptionist. |

the location of the hotel is fine, 3 minutes walking to the tube station. There is supermarket nearby(5 minutes walking), and some restaurants around the hotel. The free internet facility was very usefull. I think 4 stars is too much for this hotel...there was no tea or coffee maker facilities inside the roam, no iron flat as well.. even when I ordered a tea at 11pm they said that the restaurant was closed!!! another thing is that, I stayed 6 days in the roam but the bed cover was not replaced at all!! surprisingly, I found some insects inside the roam which should not be found in 4 star hotel.I think that I might find much better hotel with a better location in the same price. |

Small boutique hotel in a nice quiet, but convenient location in Paris. Pleasantly decorated with good facilities. Very good breakfast although breakfast room was quite small. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. We chose a standard double room which was a little crowded if you traveled with two large suitcases. Next time we would upgrade to a deluxe room. |

The facts: - The "Classic Double Room" we booked is very small, I can bet it is not bigger than 15 sqm, included bathroom, entrance and cabinet which means the rooms it self is probably 10/11 sqm. - The bed is a queen size, no standard bed, which could be anyway the case in France. - The bathroom is very small, two people cannot fit together inside. - There is no desk to sit and work, in fact there is no place you could put your computer at all. - The decoration of the room and bathroom is classic and it is ok, but it shows the signs of the age. - NO bell boy service, NO service at all. The whole personell we could see consists in a receptionist whom at the beginning did not consider us at all as she was chatting with somebody else. Things not working/broken: - Internet Wi-Fi connection NOT WORKING. Receptionist said it could be a temporary fault anyway the next morning it was not working as well. - Bathroom door cannot be closed as handle is broken. The location itself is quite good and it is very central nut the hotel is no 4* just more a 3*. In any case we checked out, as I could not stand without Internet (we were said it would have been repaired the next week) and because the room was really too small. Receptionist threatened to charge us a penalty for leaving the room prior but as essential services such a Internet were not granted, I threatened to go to the competent authorities in case they do. Walk in rate is 350 (!), paid 144 + tax w/o breakfast. |

Very small breakfast area which created tension from guests having to wait to be seated for breakfast. It mentions room services but it doesn't tell you there is no room service after 7pm which means with no tea and coffee making facilities you have to wait to breakfast which you have to wait for. This is a four star rated hotel which has no better facilities than some of the 3 star hotels in the surrounding areas. Overall a disappointed hotel which does not warrant a 4 star rating. |

The location is ok, but it is to expensive for what you get. Breakfast should inluded in the price. The A.C. didn't work well, we have to change rooms after 2 days. The room looks clean although it has a funny smell. |
