Very central,had modernised bathroom (great shower), spacious room with airconditioner. Looked after our luggage between flight and checking out. The lift wasn't working for two days and we were on the 5th floor. In checking in reception told us breakfast was included but we found out during our first breakfast that we were being charged 40euro. Should have double-checked our booking.com record which showed that breakfast was not included. Renovations/painting walls in corridors were taking place during our stay but was not too inconvenient. When window was open sometimes there was a strong smell of gas/sewage.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Location was excellent. I was happy that the room had a small balcony overlooking to the street. The room was on a small side, but was clean. The hotel was a walking distance from the metro stations and many historical sites. I felt safe to walk at night and early in the morning. The hotel was cozy with friendly and helpful staff, I like everything about the hotel.

The room was lovely, clean and the beds very comfortable. The view out the window of the city street so pretty. The Staff was so helpful and really went out of their way to get information for you. That I was not made aware that breakfast was not free.

Well located. Short distance walks to Louvre, Tuilleries, Concorde, Opera, Gallerie Lafayatte. Good and prompt service. Staff very polite and friendly. We were travelling with our 8-month old daughter. They were always happy to help. Rooms have a good size and very clean.

the hotel staff were friendly and indulgent of our broken french. They made good dining and other recommendations.The room was wonderful and situated so close to the best shopping in Paris and the Champs Elysses and Opera. Wonderful, close sites! the hotel itself was quiet and a beautiful relaxing boutique hotel with all the amenities. ANd our room had two banks of windows open to the streets of paris!

The location is excellent for business purposes and shopping in the luxury segment. The staff were excellent, especially Cathy and Benjamin...not to exclude others. The rooms were well appointed, floors 5 through 7 are more modern, if that's important to a traveler.

the rooms are spotelessly clean and the hotel is indeed in a great location, very close to the metro station,10min walking distance from place concorde and 5min from rue Honore- great shopping area. the staff speaks very poor English, so it is very difficult to communicate with them if you don't know French. During my stay the elevator got broken and the hotel did not repair it, so basically for 2 days I had to climb the stairs to the 7th floor several times. When I asked for a discount or other form of compensation for that I was adviced to write an e-mail to the hotel manager, who never replied on my e-mail. On Saturday night I was not able to connect to the internt and the staff could not explain me how to do that cause they did not speak English. The morning shift's english was much better so they did helped.

Great location in a quiet area of central Paris.Close to major shopping areas and ciy sights. Very clean, air conditioned room. I would stay here again. No hotel services/ facilites available i.e bar, lounge, restaurant which i didnt mind. Not suitable for a family but maybe an older couple on a city break.

The location was good. Hotel staff excellent. Clean and comfortable room. Good access to all major Paris sights. Lack of bar facilities. Breakfast expensive at 20 Euros each. No restaurant facility.

The location is perfect and the staff was very polite and helpful, and seemed sincerely, which was charming, and the view from the balcony of my room over the buildings of the central part of Paris was lovely :-) The size of the room, a bit too small, but that is so much typical of the major part of the hotels in Paris :-)
