Waldorf Madeleine

ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀー２日間止まり５階まで歩いた。チェックアウトの時PCが動かず会計処理ができない。

An extremely quiet and well furnished hotel with included breakfast and wifi in a convenient location for business and sightseeing.

The location is ok, but it is to expensive for what you get. Breakfast should inluded in the price.

The A.C. didn't work well, we have to change rooms after 2 days. The room looks clean although it has a funny smell.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was one of the nicest I have ever seen in a Paris hotel.

Very small room. Only one Elevator is available. I stayed 2 nights. During the second night, elevator was out of service. My room was in the seventh floor!!, Breakfast is below average.

We were given a very nice upgraded room, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were some renovations going on in the hotel which resulted in some noise.

The check in was very easy and staff pleasant.The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms did not have Tea making facilities.The Breakfast area was far too small for a hotel this size. To only have 5 tables to eat at with a hotel, which has 30+ rooms is ridiculous. My suggestion is to stay but forget the breakfast (shame because the breakfast was quite nice).

the location of the hotel was excellent.the staff were helpful and courteous.The bedrooms were attractive with good bathrooms.

The dining area was far too small.The Breakfast was limited.The TV should have been included in the price.there should have been a small kettle with cups for making tea coffe in the room.Room service was very limited.

Excellent location, most of attraction points in walking destination. Very good breakfast, staff is very keen to satisfy spite of their limited English. Room is ok, bathroom is big enough.

How come hotel staff do not speak a decent level of English in a such touristic city ??? Also do not understand why housekeeper insisted to keep a glass of rotten fruits in the refrigerator???

Location was excellent, just a short distance from Place de La Concorde.

Reception were not very fiendly though were responsive when directly approached. The room was too stuffy. We had to turn off the air conditioning and open the window to cool the room down continuously. When the window was open there was a loud noise from the road bellow. We booked a double room and they gave an upgraded twin. They did however put a double sheet over the twin bed when we asked
