Personalen var mycket vänlig och bidrog till att vistelsen blev lyckad. På eget insiativ lämnades tipps på på gående evenemang i staden. Detta föjdes upp med hur vi upplevt det hela när vi kom tillbaka. Nä. |

we reserved a superior twin room and had not. The numbre of romms and quality was on the wall in the hall and i could show it to the personn welcomming me. I asked for a free breakfast, tha twas accepted, but we had a very small room and the brakfast was not so marvellous to cost 20 euros per person |

The location is ok, but it is to expensive for what you get. Breakfast should inluded in the price. The A.C. didn't work well, we have to change rooms after 2 days. The room looks clean although it has a funny smell. |

The locating was really excellent. Once there was no towels at all, once the room cleaning was not completed.The breakfast was not included to the rooms costs. |

Very small room. Only one Elevator is available. I stayed 2 nights. During the second night, elevator was out of service. My room was in the seventh floor!!, Breakfast is below average. Size of Room, Painting of some floors during my stay. OOS elevator. |

We were given a very nice upgraded room, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were some renovations going on in the hotel which resulted in some noise. |

The check in was very easy and staff pleasant.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms did not have Tea making facilities.The Breakfast area was far too small for a hotel this size. To only have 5 tables to eat at with a hotel, which has 30+ rooms is ridiculous. My suggestion is to stay but forget the breakfast (shame because the breakfast was quite nice). |

It was very good. The staff were very friendly indeed and provided help when ever asked. Some sort iof bar would have been good. As far as I know you couldn't even get a coffee whilst waiting down stairs. |

the location of the hotel was excellent.the staff were helpful and courteous.The bedrooms were attractive with good bathrooms. The dining area was far too small.The Breakfast was limited.The TV should have been included in the price.there should have been a small kettle with cups for making tea coffe in the room.Room service was very limited. |

Excellent location, most of attraction points in walking destination. Very good breakfast, staff is very keen to satisfy spite of their limited English. Room is ok, bathroom is big enough. How come hotel staff do not speak a decent level of English in a such touristic city ??? Also do not understand why housekeeper insisted to keep a glass of rotten fruits in the refrigerator??? |

The porter observed us carrying our bags without offering any assistance. The staff in general are not friendly.The room was extremely small- no tea or coffee- Never again!!! |

The Location was very central, the rooms were comfortable & cozy we were upgraded to a superior room the same day for free,very helpful staff and everybody spoke English, free internet was available, rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel is just 2mins walk to Mono Pri Shop where you can buy lots of good stuff very cheap, lots of good cafes & restaurants near the hotel The cost of the mini bar can be reduced specially water, the in house room service menu can be more diversified and should have more choices. |

Location was excellent, just a short distance from Place de La Concorde. Reception were not very fiendly though were responsive when directly approached. The room was too stuffy. We had to turn off the air conditioning and open the window to cool the room down continuously. When the window was open there was a loud noise from the road bellow. We booked a double room and they gave an upgraded twin. They did however put a double sheet over the twin bed when we asked |
