Location and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast was ridiculously priced for the pittiful amount you got. Bath was very small (stupid point though as i did fit in it) and didn't really collaborate with the rest of the hotel. |

Staff very friendly, clean room, good breakfast and Internet for free of charge. Good location, walking distance from Trocadero, metro around the corner. I expected a bigger hotel/lobby for a 4 stars hotel. |

All the staff was so kind and helpful. The Superior room was great, the standard one is small bed, small room. I just expected a bigger hotel/lobby for a 4 stars hotel, here all was like an apart hotel. |

Everything! Superb service, super-comfortable room, lovely, polite staff and excellent location - a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower! It was very quiet and the heavy curtains blicked out the light perfectly. The bed linens were pristine and we slept beautifully. Our 5 year old son was given a very comfortable cot and the room (triple room) was a good size. We will definitely come back!! |

Location was good. Hotel lights shining on the room windows all night. Air conditioning did not work and windows had to be kept closed because of street noises. |

I liked the services and the general appearance of the hotel. My comforter and pillows reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I had asked for a non smoking room as I am a non smoker and I am allergic to cigarette smoke.As a result I could not sleep. The front desk clerk seemed nonplussed about the whole thing. He took off the charge of breakfast after I asked him to take something off my bill. I hardly think that was fair compensation. |

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The recepionist at the hotel was extremely helpful and provided excellent tourist information unprompted! The breakfast room is too small, very cramped, with low tables and chairs which are unsuitable for dining -perhaps use the lunge room for breakfast instead. Also the hot food and drink options were cold - otherwise everything else was excellent |

Good location and comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Strange shower facilities.....no shower curtain and a missing plug from the bath made things difficult. The night porter rectified this situation quickly with a plug. |

I did not enjoy the stay at all. I was extreemly let down by the hotels facilities and lack of dining facilities,A certain member of staff arrogance and ignorance was unbelievable, The charges for tea / coffee were extortionate and the rooms were very poorly laid out. I was not at all impressed by any point of this hotel and the room charge for what was given to the guest was unreal and a sincere let down. |

it is quiet and clean, close by some shops and restaurants, but far from activities and central of city Bathroom is small, no coffee maker at the room, room also small although I requested for double large bedroom. |

The hotel has great location, very closed to Trocadero. It is clean and seems to be well maintained. DBL Deluxe room with extra bed was good good for parents and child of 5 years old. Even we arrived at app. 5.00 PM it took us a while to get a room. Staff at the reception was polite, but a bit confused with or request to put an extra bed for our 5 years old son. |
