The hotel has great location, very closed to Trocadero. It is clean and seems to be well maintained. DBL Deluxe room with extra bed was good good for parents and child of 5 years old. Even we arrived at app. 5.00 PM it took us a while to get a room. Staff at the reception was polite, but a bit confused with or request to put an extra bed for our 5 years old son. |

first time in Paris I actually liked a hotel. Room is (especially to Paris-standards) spacious, with nice bathroom and seperate toilet, excellent (free) Wifi-connection and according to Paris-standards: excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and for my future stays in Paris, I'll return. |

We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was absolutely lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. For a small hotel, the breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The location was also fantastic as you are a two minute walk from the nearest metro (Boissiere), or a ten minute walk from either the Arc De Triomphe or the Eiffel Tower. There are no tea making facilities in the rooms which is a bit disappointing, so we took a travel kettle and made our own!! Also, the rooms are supposed to be soundproofed but on our last night we heard everything that went on in the next room. However, this did not detract from our overall experience of the hotel. |

There is message in TV show that the charge of pay TV will be billed as room service, but in fact it is not true, it still billed as pay TV, it is misleading to the guest. |

Very good location within easy reach of two metro stations, restaurants, and easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Very clean and presentable. Our particular double superior room was very small, with tiny wardrobe space. Also, the bathroom floor flooded with every shower (unavoidable as the screen was very badly fitted). |
