El personal es excelente. Preguntar por nicolas es el subdirector y da un trato exquisito. La situacion es inmejorable, cerca de torre eiffel y arco triunfo. Genial de verdad |

La ubicacion y que al ser un hotel pequeño, los empleados atienden muy bien a los clientes, reserva de taxis y restaurantes, muy comodo, tiene una estacion de metro cerquisima, que comunica con toda la zona centro y turistica de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, salen muy favorecidas en las fotos que aparecen en la publicidad, esperabamos un poco de amplitud para un hotel de 4 estrellas y no muy barato |

Esta situado en la mejor zona de Paris entre la torre Eiffield y los campos Eliseos, es un hotel muy tranquilo y coqueto idela para pasar unos días, con buena calidad. Muy bien comunicado |

que esta muy bien hubicado Tuvimos un incidente desafortunado el dia que nos dejariamos el hotel. Haciendo el chec out le pedimos el favor a la señorita del front desk que si nos podria pedir un taxy, Segun ella marco y le dijeron que era imposibleconceguir uno siendo en paris las 10 de la manañana del lunes. Tuvimos que salir con maletas en mano y concegurilo y eso nos provoco perder el velo de regreso a mexico. muy mal |

Location was good. Hotel lights shining on the room windows all night. Air conditioning did not work and windows had to be kept closed because of street noises. |

I liked the services and the general appearance of the hotel. My comforter and pillows reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I had asked for a non smoking room as I am a non smoker and I am allergic to cigarette smoke.As a result I could not sleep. The front desk clerk seemed nonplussed about the whole thing. He took off the charge of breakfast after I asked him to take something off my bill. I hardly think that was fair compensation. |

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The recepionist at the hotel was extremely helpful and provided excellent tourist information unprompted! The breakfast room is too small, very cramped, with low tables and chairs which are unsuitable for dining -perhaps use the lunge room for breakfast instead. Also the hot food and drink options were cold - otherwise everything else was excellent |

Good location and comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Strange shower facilities.....no shower curtain and a missing plug from the bath made things difficult. The night porter rectified this situation quickly with a plug. |

I did not enjoy the stay at all. I was extreemly let down by the hotels facilities and lack of dining facilities,A certain member of staff arrogance and ignorance was unbelievable, The charges for tea / coffee were extortionate and the rooms were very poorly laid out. I was not at all impressed by any point of this hotel and the room charge for what was given to the guest was unreal and a sincere let down. |
