De locatie was gunstig, maar toch in een rustige straat. Metro om de hoek. Douche water temperatuur wisselde enorm tussen heet en koud. |

Van aankomst tot vertrek was het verblijf bij Waldorf Trocadero goed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, lekker ontbijtbuffet, een mooie kamer en een perfecte locatie voor een stedentrip in Parijs. |

De lokatie was prima en rustig gelegen tussen de vele bezienswaardigheden van parijs. Restaurants en winkels en niet te vergeten parkeergelegenheid op loopafstand. Personeel zeer vriendelyk en bereid om je in het engels te woord te staan !! Comfort van de kamer was minder dan verwacht maar dat is altyd een gok by het boeken .Wy gebruikte onze kamer alleen om te slapen en ontbyten dus vonden wy dit prima. |

Location was good. Hotel lights shining on the room windows all night. Air conditioning did not work and windows had to be kept closed because of street noises. |

room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly - we were alowed to store bags until the end of the day that we were travelling mini bar was very expensive, no tea coffee making facilities in room |

I liked nothing The stay in hotel was horrible. First we received a tiny room not so clean on the first floor however I reserved the delux double. I will not be staying in this hotel ever again |

I liked the services and the general appearance of the hotel. My comforter and pillows reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I had asked for a non smoking room as I am a non smoker and I am allergic to cigarette smoke.As a result I could not sleep. The front desk clerk seemed nonplussed about the whole thing. He took off the charge of breakfast after I asked him to take something off my bill. I hardly think that was fair compensation. |

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The recepionist at the hotel was extremely helpful and provided excellent tourist information unprompted! The breakfast room is too small, very cramped, with low tables and chairs which are unsuitable for dining -perhaps use the lunge room for breakfast instead. Also the hot food and drink options were cold - otherwise everything else was excellent |

Good location and comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Strange shower facilities.....no shower curtain and a missing plug from the bath made things difficult. The night porter rectified this situation quickly with a plug. |

I did not enjoy the stay at all. I was extreemly let down by the hotels facilities and lack of dining facilities,A certain member of staff arrogance and ignorance was unbelievable, The charges for tea / coffee were extortionate and the rooms were very poorly laid out. I was not at all impressed by any point of this hotel and the room charge for what was given to the guest was unreal and a sincere let down. |

it is quiet and clean, close by some shops and restaurants, but far from activities and central of city Bathroom is small, no coffee maker at the room, room also small although I requested for double large bedroom. |
