Hotel West-End    

The staff and the ambience of the room. Proximity of hotel to the clubs where we had reservations; great restaurants close by; we could walk to everything

This is not about the hotel, but the taxi took us to Paris du Nord 6 am 04/05 and within 10 minutes of arriving at the station, we were robbed of our brief case! Very unfortunate and no help as police were not in office to make report! Had to buy 2 new train tickets to get to London and make our plane reservation; thank goodness our passports were in other carry-on! No police; no porters to help: we are senior citizens and could not attempt to chase!

* Close to Champs Elysees (5 minutes fast walk) * breakfast is fine * wifi is good if you can find the signal :) * LCD tv is ok but no Turkish channel except TRT-Turk * Bath is ok, good shower * silent street

* Price is too high for this hotel * small room * small breakfast place * don't go @ winter or cold season, room is too cold, we request a heater * wifi signal is too low @ our room * iphone dock does not working

Reception staff was very good. The room was clean enough, but you expect more from the 4* hotel in the down town of Paris.

Breakfast area staff is very slow and chose of food (without extra payment) is limited. Sometimes the staff was not able to clean the tables to set up the foodstuff while prevouse sift of guests had taken most of the things. Cleanning of rooms was not efficient enough. Few times had to call to reception to ask for second towel, while was staying as a couple. Then believe that the bathtube shall be clean every morning if the room is equipped with bath. Unfortunatelly it was not totally the case.

Estuve con mi familia en este hotel del 29 de diciembre al 2 de enero y la experiencia sensacional.Desde la recepcion hasta las habitaciones el ambiente parisino es encantador.Las habitaciones son grandes,banos modernos y muy bonitas.La localizacion es muy conveniente,a pasos de la Torre Eiffel.Todo el personal es muy conpetente y el servicio es exelente.El desayuno esta incluido y es muy completo,tambien hay WiFi gratis.

Precio , es caro para la temporada de navidad

A wider variety of food would have been preferable for breakfast.

We loved everything about the Hotel West-End. The gracious, attentive staff were great. The free WiFi and breakfast were reliable and tasty, respectively. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family and would love to stay at the Hotel West-End again. Thank you.

The hotel is well located to all the stuff going on along the Champs Elysees and area. The room was nice and clean and since being located just off the Champs Elysees it wasn't loud. Most rooms in Europe are small, so this was not an issue for us, but the bathrooms were larger than most. The rooms had a safe, mini refrigerator, robes and slippers. The breakfast was included and was perfect for most people with fresh fruits of all kinds, cereals, breads/pastries, yogurts and awesome coffee. Finally..the staff, they were awesome and did everything to make our stay wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The only negative was the A/C didn't seem to cool well enough, but we didn't bring it to their attention, which we should have.

Location excellent for sightseeing and restaurants. Hotel building very attractive and beautifully furnished. Staff friendly and provided a helpful service. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were were super nice and helpful. Our standard room was small, but lovely with french doors to a balcony, and new marble bathroom. Even the room key was special!

It was a very unusually warm March week which was great for sightseeing, but the hotel had not yet activated central air - warm nights.

В номере 200 постоянно, что то шумит, сильно слышен шум улицы.

Localização, freqüento este hotel há anos, todo reformado, melhoraram o pessoal de trabalho .

Internet horrorosa em desacordo com o resto do hotel e o custo beneficio é perdedor se comparar com outros hoteis da mesma região.

Tudo , tirando a internet .

Internert, quando era paga era muito melhor, agora está horrivel, para quem vai a trabalho não é nada pratica.

tout était parfait

-super staff -très belle chambre (502) -petits détails qui font la difference (varieté de journaux, machine Nespresso à disposition,...) -bon petit dejeuner (vrai jus d'orange -excellente literie et oreillers.

Une des fenêtre de la chambre qui laissait entrer une lumière trop forte le matin.

Ottimo hotel, ben curato e situato nel cuore di Parigi, in una delle zone più eleganti e alla moda di parigi, a due passi da Champs Elysee. Camera molto spaziosa (executive) e personale abbastanza cordiale e disponibile. Colazione un po' carente e servita in una mini sala, ma gratuitamente viene servita in camera.

Localização é excelente , muito próximo a excelentes restaurantes e lojas de grifes. Fica próximo a 2 linhas de metro distintas ( ajuda muito no deslocamento pela cidade) Próximo a varios pontos turisticos (Arc de Triomphe , Torre Eiffel, Invalides , Grand Palais etc... Feita repaginação da sala de café da manhã com ampliação do numero de mesas ( ficou melhor ) Funcionários são muito eficientes ( sempre tem alguém na recepção que fala português )

Excelente café da manhã já incluso na diária. E excelente localização. Vários recepcionistas falavam português e foram muito prestativos e simpáticos.

Gostamos de tudo. Indico este hotel, com certeza.

pas grand chose mise à part les tapisseries murales et moquettes auraient besoin d'un peu de fraîcheur...

Kamer is prima! Mooie badkamer en lekker schoon! Erg vriendelijk personeel bij receptie. Echte aanrader dus!

Ontbijt is minimaal, maar wij namen het op de kamer (geen extra kosten) en dat was ook wel prima!
