Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Very small breakfast room, unable to get a table. One junior staff member not coping with workload demand of breakfast - took a long time to get cutlery, plates, cups. |

I liked the continental breakfast that was included in our room charge. I loved having the iPod dock, flat screen and A/C. The hotel was located in a perfect spot. It was safe, near all the high end fashion stores, surrounded by many quaint cafes, and near the Seine river and Eifle tower. It was a beautiful and very clean hotel. I did not like how the room didn't come with a converter/adapter. For a city such as Paris that has many tourists it would be nice to stay in a room that already had one so that I wouldn't have to worry about bringing one. I also didn't like how the hotel charged me for eating 2 items out of the minibar that I did not eat. |

Several of the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well and were willing to help with all my questions regarding sites, transportation, and dining. This may sound weird, but I would expect when you are paying a pretty good fee to stay at a nice hotel, that they would furnish a nice iron and ironing board in every room. Clothes in a suitcase are bound to come out wrinkled and yet I had to ask often if I could have an iron/&board brought in. |

Excellent location, good value for money, friendly staff. Room has no view - it faces the back wall of the next building. Therefore, we cannot tell the weather outside. |

The hotel is in great position, near the champs-elysees and police station which guaranties the peaceful stay without any noise on the street. Executive rooms has nice bathrooms, very spacefull rooms, very helpfull staff, taxi arrives in 5 minutes in hotel after they call it. Great neighbourhood with many expencive shoops all around. The only thing that wasn't great is that you have only 4 tables for breakfast, so crowdy, possible waiting. |

The rooms are wonderful (beautiful colors, tasteful decorations, spacious) everything is clean and the staff was one of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered in a hotel (and I've been in quite a few in my life). Also the location is great. Every time I go to Paris, I'm definitely staying in this hotel. The breakfast is very poor and it's the only thing I didn't like about this hotel. If they could make it more substantial, it would be great. You have to pay 5 EUR for a freshly pressed orange juice and another 6 EUR for three slices of salami and mortadella. In the "breakfast included" that comes with the room you only have yogurt, cereals, fruits, bread and butter. |

good location, clean, friendly staff, nice room breakfast was quite poor and all extra's are at extra charge (€6 for a portion of cheese!). The quality of those overpriced extra's is very poor, though. |

初めてのパリでwest-endに４泊しました。パリの市内観光にはとにかく便利、ブランドショッピングするなら、徒歩圏内に全ての- 店があるといっても過言ではないと思う。行列のできる食堂は近くにあるし（時間がもったいないので行かず）- レストランも、カフェも、総菜屋さんも数あるので選び放題、窓から顔を出せばエッフェル塔が見えるので、パ- リの街を満喫、夜も安全でした。 |

Dos recepcionistas do hotel que alem de simpáticos e atenciosos estão bem informados para orientar o hospede no que for preciso.Todos foram ótimos. O espaço para o café da manhã é muito pequeno. |

Несмотря на обещанные в информации при бронировании удобства, в номере отсутствовал чайник, что крайне важно для путешествующих с детьми. С претензиями по данному вопросу было рекомендовано обращаться к сайту. Вызванное в отель такси при посадке имел на счетчике 10 €, и потреБовал дополнительную оплату за двоих детей - 7 лет и 1,5 лет и нагрубил моей супруге. Приглашенный для разбирательства менеджер отеля сразу же принял сторону таксиста и потребовал оплатить по его запросам. Поскольку мы торопились на поезд и не было времени на разбирательства с полицией, пришлось оплатить такси, сверх 25€ на счетсике еще 40€. хотя с вокзала до этого отеля по прибытии нам обошлось в 15€. Сложилось мнение о нечистоплотности сотрудников отеля. |

Su ubicación es excelente, el tamaño de la habitación y del baño son muy buenos para una ciudad como Paris donde en general, salvo en los hoteles 5 estrellas, todo es chico y el servicio es muy agradable. |

De standaard kamer, was een klein zolderkamertje met een te kleine bed voor twee personen. Je moet in de rij gaan staan om te ontbijten, ze hebben 5 ontbijttafels en geen beleg, moet je apart bestellen. |

El personal de hotel muy bien, en especial Djamel, recepcionista que habla español y que es muy amable y servicial. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a un paseo de la Torre Eiffel, y muy cerca de los Campos Elíseos. Un hotel altamente recomendable para una escapada. Bueno, no es culpa del hotel, pero no hay tiendas de comestibles alrededor, es decir las que hay son Versace, Armani, ..., pero a veces te apetece una fruta y te quedas con las ganas. El hotel en general está muy bien. |
