Location was great. Hotel was intimate. A nice boutique hotel. Breakfast should have been included. Most guests had breakfast included. On the first day, the restaurant told me it was included, and then I found out we were charged 35 eu pp. Bed were not very comfortable. |

Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful staff. Great location - central to many Paris landmarks; near metro. Beautiful, classy public areas. Rooms typically small but nice. I celebrated my 50th birthday here and the staff celebrated with me. Hairdryers were not powerful enough. Voltage converters/adapters not available. |

Location and quietness. Loved the Dinner at the hotel's Restaurant "Le Celadon" Our Vendome room had a light smell of cigarette, even it should have been a non smoking room. |

Booked the Hotel before the Euro outstripped the £ and so unfairly everything was more expensive than I had originally calculated. We had a great time and the location of the Hotel was an added bonus. On a personal matter our daughter was taken ill on our last night and the hotel (and Doctor) couldn't have done more. They even improvised with a hot water bottle for her! |

Hôtel de luxe, très bien situé, personnel très qualifié, petit-déjeuner excellent, hélàs pas compris dans prix de la chambre Gros problème: manque d'éclairage, près de penderie, dans le "couloir" à l'entrée.. On ne voit rien. Très difficile de taper chiffres du coffre car encore fois on n'y voit rien. Eclairage ok pour chambre et salle de bains. Salle de bains trop petite. Téléphone ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre!!!!! Peluches et fils sur la moquette à notre arrivée. |
