Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent (near Gare du Nord). The rooms are tiny, but I guess all hotels are like that in central Paris. |

Convenient location, quiet street. Many amenities offered; though did not use. Wonderful beds allowed a great night's sleep. Rooms decorated nicely. 2 of our 4 nights we did not have hot water. Computer downstairs was out the whole time (fortunate to find internet cafe right around corner. Took us awhile to figure out how to operate shower door & did not know how to operate lights until phoned downstairs. Would suggest someone escort guests to room to show them the uniques features to room. Had we known there were handicapped rooms available on the upper 2 floors; would have requested as bathroom would have been more suited to someone of 78 years. Some drawers would be nice. |

Very close to Metro. Quiet Street. Great Neighborhood. 1 block from Supermarket. Many restaurants. Very clost to main train station. We loved the location. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bathroom is small but manageable. Housekeeping kept everything clean. Good bath towels. |

Typically a back street hotel with modern decor and typically tiny rooms. Its location midway between Gare de Nord and Gare de Est is perhaps its major benefit to visitors arriving/deparing by train. |

The hotel has been very nicely renovated. I liked the design / decoartion of the room very much. The rooms is very clean. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. The hotel is very well located (within walking distance of the Gare du Nord, in a very quiet street). Breakfast is starting quite late (not so convenient for people who stay in the hotel for business reasons). It is also overpriced. |

Clean, stylishly decorated room, with a lot of space for a Paris hotel. Warm, friendly and multilingual staff. |

This hotel is very handy for Gare du Nord (10 minute walk) but not too close to be caught up in the hustle and bustle of the train station. The hotel is not close to the main attractions but is well served by a metro station nearby. We used the Velib bikes to get around the city and there is a bike station close to the hotel (3-4 minute walk). The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small (standard for a room in Paris) with the shower/toilet as a cubicle in one corner of the room. It was comfortable and quiet. |

-Staff was good, particularly a girl called Susana (Spanish I think she said she was) at the front desk was very helpful and smiled a lot. -Huge bed for one person. -Wi-fi connection worked excellently from my room. -The safe box in the hotel room was in good working order. -10 min. walk from the Paris Est train station, so close to Paris Nord as well. -2 min. walk from the nearest subway station, very convenient for Paris after late-night excursions. - many said the shower doors and bathroom doors didn't close very well, and it was true, but as i was alone it didn't matter to me. this was not a negative aspect of the hotel for me but however may be taken into consideration for others. |

The comfortable beds. Climbing 4 floors with luggage when the lift did not work. Heat due to air conditioner not working was unbearable. Attitude of staff when these services did not work - no apology, no sympathy - just "tough" to us. |

Excellent access to transport, incl. Gare du Nord and Gare D'Est. Also close to a laundromat. Clean. Lovely staff - english spoken. There was no door for the toilet/bathroom, just a curtain that did not entirely cover the entrance. This could be a problem if u shared a room. Smells from the toilet could also easily enter the bedroom area. |

Very nice rooms, extremely clean and well air conditioned. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Yes the toilet doors did not provide much privacy, but this was fine for us (travelling as a couple). The rooms were a bit small, but as expected for europe. |
