location, friendly staff
Modern stilish small hotel Relatively large ròom for paris standards friendly staff
stilish but too small bathroom Some maintenance intervention needed to keep the room in top shape
The staff are better than in any 4/5 star hotel I have stayed in. As is the hotel in general. Simply amazing place to stay and I am about to book up to go again this summer. I'd go as far as to say I'd not stay in any other Parisienne hotel.
Only negative was the lack of bar in the hotel to socialise in. We returned early but there was no bar in the area or hotel. Tiny and insignificant point.
Everything was great! Nice and quiet room with an amazing facilities. The breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel's location is good. Very RECOMMENDABLE!
Nothing all superb
We travelled by Eurostar so wanted a hotel near Gare du Nord. The Panama was excellent, close to rail and metro stations, extremely friendly and comfortable where nothing was a trouble to the staff. We will definitely be returning!!!
There was quite simply nothing to dislike, only having to leave to go home.
Always very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and confortable, lovely beds. I recommend this hotel.
The staff were very friendly. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord station.
The shower was very difficult to get in and out of, due to the unnecessary and complex door design. The shower water goes everywhere too, so the floor is very slippery. Also the actual door to get into the shower and toilet room didn't slide all the way shut, so you don't get true privacy.
The bed was very comfortable and the décor was pleasant bordering lush. Clean and a very friendly staff.
The bathroom was very modern, but impractical. Using the shower required a 'design degree'. It took forever to figure out how to adjust the water and temperature and how the shower door was suppose to work. I understand it's a small space, but I feel it's easier to break the door or accidently take it off the track then discovering how to properly open it. The location to the train station isn't as convenient as I expected.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and freshly renovated.
The bathroom door did not provide much privacy. This would be fine if you were staying there alone, but when with someone else, it is a bit public.
I looked for a place nearby and it fulfilled my expectations
big space. good location. modern design. very good breakfast
hair dryer is dirty
Good location near Metro Very helpful staff
Awkward design of shower door making getting in and out of shower & toilet very cumbersome. Also very difficult to sync the hot / cold water for the shower
The breakfast was fairly standard, but the coffee was excellent. Nice interior design. Friendly staff. I can't comment how good is the location for visiting Paris, but it worked perfectly for me - within walking distance of Gare de l'Est and the office I had to visit.
The interior design is nice, but impractical. My room was small (although not very small), but still at least 20% of it were wasted by basically an empty corner. The desk and TV, on the other hand, were cramped together, but any drawers for clothes - nonexistent. Reserve half an hour in the first morning to figure out how the designer shower works. WiFi - you have to re-enter the username and password any time the phone or computer resumes from sleep. Barely tolerable on laptop, on iPhone it is a bad joke. Please, fix it! It's 2010s now. I would describe the price I paid per night (140€) as just high, but the list price (over 400€) would be just daylight robbery.
Accessible Good staff Clean Affordable
Very quiet location Friendly helpful staff Location good for transport and many cafés, sushi bar, shopping.
Wifi drops out every 30 secs Smaller room than in photo No door on toilet. Embarrassing with any visitors! Breakfast expensive and very limited.
Rooms were an incredible size, have stayed in Paris before and know that hotel rooms are usually quite small, however these were huge! Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable and staff were helpful, friendly and were happy to cater for every thing we requested. Breakfast was much better than expected, hot and cold food! Overall a very helpful, welcoming hotel, perfect location as it was close to the Eurostar and also is located 30 seconds from an ideal metro station! Couldn't recommend it more. Will be returning!
i have been visiting Paris for a long time, and i have to say that my last time in this fabulous hotel it was the best experience ever in parisian hotels. Staff are just charming and efficient, the room quiet, clean and modern, the variety of the breakfast is pretty good, the big comfortable bed and the location is perfect. For sure, i will come back in my next trip at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Gare du Nord. Good-sized room. The breakfast was good value for money. Free wifi
The size of the room for Paris was great! Good for business, great location, close by pigalle with a lot of restaurants around. So close from gare du nord
Advises from the staff for restaurants was really bad. Breakfast is better at the bakery on the corner
Quiet street; very close to Gare du Nord; good-sized room; good breakfast; free wifi
Large!, clean!, neat, comfortable room with good sound proofing!- that is uncommon for hotels in Paris. Very helpful and friendly stuff. It is the best hotel within 4 times, that I was in Paris.
WiFi was often disconnect.
