In a Haussmannian-style building, this 3-star hotel is located across from the Maison de la Mutualité and 230 yards from the Cardinal Lemoine metro station.
Score from 1437 reviews Very good
Good location to metro, cafes, restaurants and bakery. Excellent staff...very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. Great stay! Recommended to friends going in near future.
Room was very smart and clean. Loved the super king size bed. Bathroom was spotless and functional. Staff were lovely-very helpful and friendly.
Close to Gard du Nord and great restaurant Hugo!
Breakfast very busy, crowded and they ran out of food close to end if service. Get in early.
For work reasons I travel very often and have been to Paris many times before. It was my first time in Eurostars Panorama and undoubtedly it has been the best hotel experience ever. All employees were extremely nice and helpful without exception. A special mention to Mr Eduardo Cuenca, who was highly professional and tried to make my stay as good as possible. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks so much!
We arrived prior to check-in, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They put us in a suite for the interim, and then we decided to stay in it for the remainder of our trip. The staff was always willing and ready to give us directions or make reservations on our behalf. Complimentary wifi.
The hotel's location is not the very best, but it is very close to the Metro. We used the Metro all the time. It is very easy to navigate, and one can access all major parts of Paris on it. In the end the hotel's location was not a big issue for us because we were always on the move. We just wanted a clean, comfortable place to rest when we were finished touring Paris, and the Eurostars Panorama was perfect for that.
Size of room Bathroom View
The staff was very nice and the big bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Metro Station and it's only a short walk to Montmatre. If you want you could walk to the Louvre in about 45 Minutes.
You couldn't close the bathroom door properly. There was always a tiny space between door and wall. When we came back in the evening there was this nasty smell from the drain and we had to ventilate the room.
The location is great, different metro lines very close, lots of nice places to eat, room was clean and cosy, staff is friendly
although I was staying alone, could be nice to have a door for the bathroom
The staff was wonderful and all their joy was transferred to us as guests. The location was very nice in the 10th district which is an underestimated district of Paris. Rooms were clean and spacy and well equipped.
The bed was a bit too hard for my preferences. The breakfast was served in a very small restaurant and at peak hours you had to queue for having some of the products.
The location was great, 5 min walk from gare du nord and a nice 20 min stroll to the louve. Rooms were clean and well kept with good natural light. Staff were also very pleasent and helpfull
I was located on the 4th floor and on the evening of my third day and also my forth morning I had no hot water. Im not sure whether it was a old water system issue or just a one off problem. Overall a very nice hotel.
Room, staff cleaniness
No tea or coffee making in room
In a very quiet area of Paris and not too far (3 subway stops away) from Galeries Lafayette. Our second stay at this hotel.
The breakfast. the room size. the cleanliness, the bathroom size
but the shower curtain should be reviewed. the bathroom needs another furniture for guest's toileterie
Perfect for short break. Clean, comfortable and central to most sights, we weren't in it too much but managed to walk back from st. Germain at night without too much drama but that might be to far for some! Staff were also lovely.
Wifi not great on 6th floor, shower door confusing and leaks a lot but not a major issue.
Great location, near the train station and the metro. nice restaurants around.
Relative low cost! Helpful and friendly staff, especially the young lady from Barcelona. Most friendly and helpful.
Room too cramped and small. Hardly any space to sit or move! Had to spend mos of the time on the bed! Not too comfortable if you expect normal creature comforts! Sparse and cold furnishing! I think the rating of 8.3 for this hotel is somewhat generous!
in this hotel I stayed several times, very friendly staff, great location and very comfortable room.
Bathroom door doesn't close properly
Staff was helpful in finding places to eat and recommending attractions to visit
The bathrooms, which have smoked glass windows, are built out into room and have slider doors that don't come close to shutting
room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice
the location is not ideal although it is closed from metro
Location-round the corner from Poissonnaire metro station, VERY friendly staff, good breakfast, HUGE bed!!!, We were on our anniversary so they gave the largest room with a balcony too!, loved the decor, the restaurant next door is highly recommended but if you like your food spicy then you will have ask as it can be quite bland for an indian cuisine.
Was slightly hard to find on the first time. Could have given more directions to hotel. Google maps says its a 8-9 min walk from Gare Du Nord, but it is about 15 mins walk- we met a lovely gentleman, Francois, who rang the hotel for the directions and walked us to the hotel-AMAZING GUY HE WAS!!!. The shower door was slightly broken, the pressure on the shower head was not the best. We realised later they had given us disabled persons room due to the way the bathroom and shower was.
Staff member Ava went above and beyond to be helpful. The room was clean, modern, and had any amenity you could want.
We have stayed several times before and always had a good room at the back. This time we were put on room 605 which was very small and cramped. However a request to move to 601 after one might was courteously agreed and we were very pleased
Location convenient to travel by train from Gare du Nord / Gare de l'Est which was the purpose. A few good restaurants around the area too
Staff, all spanish with very poor French or English and not very responsive. Safety is a concern too, left luggage was not stored in a closed area but it was accessible to anyone, witnessed theft attempt while I was there
Large room, very modern, good breakfast, most of the staff pleasant, good location near Gare du Nord with local cafes and eateries nearby.
One of the reception staff spoke poor French, hard to understand. Needed further training in hospitality!
Minimalist design ambience
