きっかり午後2時のチェックインタイムを守らされた。部屋はせまいがスタイリッシュにまとめられており、まあ快適。駅から中途半端に遠い。コストパフォーマンスは高い。 |

とにかくお部屋の内装がモダンで綺麗でした！バス・トイレがガラス張りなので音と明かり少々気になりましたが。。地下鉄の駅も近いので便利。北駅にも近いので空港までの移動がスムーズでした。 |

駅から遠すぎる、周りの環境が悪すぎる、衣類の収納スペースが十分でない、洗面所の什器が使いにくい、特にお風呂場を含めて蛇口が使いづらく、温度調節に不向き ごみ箱が小さい。ティッシュなどの用意がない |

メトロの駅に近いので便はいい。スーパーもすぐ近くにあった。新しいホテルなので設備は非常にきれい。床が砂っぽかったのは土足で上がるのが普通だからだろうか。少し狭いが立地を考えれば仕方ないことかも。値段が張るのも同様。バスルームのドアが薄いのでトイレの音が筒抜けなのにはちょっと抵抗があった。 ＨＰにはバスタブとあったが、実際にはシャワーしかなかった。バスタブは必須条件だったので情報は正確に記載してもらいたい。またユーザーもホテルに確認する必要ありと実感。ダブルで予約したのに最初案内された部屋はシングルで、スーツケースを開けるスペースもない程あまりにもせまかった。バスタブの件とあわせてすぐクレームしたが、部屋の変更は翌日となった。チェックアウトの際、カード読み取り機の故障で現金を引き出してくるよう依頼されたのにはびっくり。といろいろあったが、いずれもフロントの対応は丁寧だったので悪いホテルではないと思う。 |

標準客室は１８㎡位でかなり狭い。コンテンポラリーデザインで、これ以上はないと思うほどコンパクトに纏められている。従って部屋に入ったらベット上にいるしかない。バスはなくシャワーのみ、水周りがスリガラスのスクリーンで囲われているため、夜中に相棒がトイレを使うと水周りの壁が部屋中を煌々と照らし起こされることになる。窓の遮音性は良好。 チェックアウト時に予告なしにホテル側のクレジットカード暗証コード認証機の故障を知らされ、現金しか受付けられないと聞かされた。急遽現金を引き出すために近隣のバンクまで走りまわることになり、もう少しで北駅発の列車に乗り遅れるところであった。ホテル側は故障への対応を客に求めるのでなく、従来のサイン式クレジットカード決算対応にも備えるべきである。 |

駅（北駅）からも近くて、きれいで快適なホテルでした。ベッドの寝心地もとてもよかったです。 多少バスルームが狭いのが残念・・・ |

バスタブがあると書いてあったが実際は無かった。バストイレが狭い上にモダンすぎて使いにくく、センサーライトがすぐに消えて不便。トイレットペーパーやタオルも足りなかった。 |

clean, close to metro station, nice sorroundings, kind and friendly hotel crew. Pity, all the modern designs (washstand, showerbooth, water tap, etc) are completely against utility. |

The bed was very comfortable, the location of the hotel is very good, staff very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and spacious compared with other Paris hotel. My best stay in Paris so far. I don't really like the fact that the bathroom door can not be closed fully, and the way to open the door for the shower cabinet. |

Hotel and rooms design are very nice. Staff very friendly. Location close to Northern (Eurostar to London) and Eastern train stations, quiet area (no noise at night). Room was not very clean, no indication in the room of the phone number to call reception, one light was not working in my room, small bathroom (although nice design) with water flooding in the rest of the bathroom when taking a shower. |

It is central, new and nicely designed. Everything else leaves much to be desired as outlined below. We were actually locked out of the hotel at 2.30am on the night of Sat. 27 June to Sunday because the receptionist stupidly locked himself out. We had to stay outside until he managed to wake another sleeping guest by throwing stones at the window of a 1st floor room. Unbelievable. And for breakfast on the same Sat morning, it was a disaster. No food was left at 10am and one woman was desperately trying to cope with all the customers. It was shameful! |

The hotel is very conveniently located in Paris, and is within walking distance from Gare due Nord. Facilities are nice and clean. |

The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was very good. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently positioned with a metro nearby and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. If you are looking for a decent reasonably priced hotel in Paris for just one night or two this is ideal. The room was very small and we weren't sure about just having a curtain into the bathroom. |

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is not far from the Gare Du Nord, it is about a 10 min walk. The check in time is strictly 14.00 pm. Even If you arrived 1-2 hours earlier, you have to wait till 14.00 to check in. |

hotel as hotel - 3 stars and not even 1/12 more;-) the location is ok, but not if you come on the evening... a hair in the sink on "good morning", receptonist who did not speak english, not possibble to draw the dors in toilet - funny, especially if your bed is next to it;-), to issue the invoice took ages - then they made a mistake finally and then the invoice could be next day, only! - right before we were leaving |
