Eurostars Panorama Hotel    

-The staff was very nice and helpful. -The hotel is very close to the metro. -The design is very modern and the room also has a minibar.

-The room is overcrowd. There is no need for a huge desk and for a little glass table. -The bathroom is ridicilous! First there is only semi- transparent traverse, what doesn't close properly, there is an 5cm gap. So You can See and Hear completely everything!Very romantic. -To get to the inside of the shower it's an absolute nightmare! You have to fold, push, pull and do different tricks, because the toilet is directly next to the shower. The leaking is just the cherry on top. -The hotel made a huge mistake, because they blocked the price of the accomodation on my bank account, but at the check-out they haven't seen that the money is there, so I had to pay the whole price again!!! The blocked amount came back after 2weeks, however it's unacceptable from a hotel in my opinion.

The staff was very friendly. The decoration and bathroom was very modern and everything looked new and clean. There is a supermarket just 50 meters away. The metro station is also 1 minute away and the gare du nord is a 5 minutes walk away. The metro line connects directly to l'opera, lafayette galeries and Palais du Louvre

The bathroom had no door, the room was too small, no chair or desk to seat. There was a big window on the bathroom, and since it had no door there was light coming in the room all night and day, which prevented me from sleeping well.

Proximity to Gare de Nord and metro line, excellent restaurant across the road. The hotel breakfast was very good.

(1) 2 mins walk from Poisonniere Metro and less than 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord [We walked from hotel to Gare du Nord with our trolley bags!] (2) Good chinese eatery (Traiteur Asiatique at 78 Rue Lafayette) less than 10 mins walk away (3) buffet breakfast with good spread (scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, fruits, coffee, juice, cereal, milk, yoghurt, croissants, toast etc) served EARLY from 7 AM onwards, so you could start your day early (4) Friendly & helpful staff with 24-hour concierge

(1) Bathroom door doesn't close properly > it slides open and is slightly ajar, not convenient for private business > all they need to do is fix that and it'd be okay (2) Hotel room doesn't come with electric jug for boiling water, no complimentary coffee / tea. These minor points could easily be fixed and would be a small cost to the hotel, they should really look into this.

Very friendly reception staff. Rooms small but light: very comfortable. New renovations meant the rooms and bathrooms were state of the art. Funky feel. And very clean!

Very nice clean reception area, and most helpfull reception staff who took time to help us get our bearings in paris,very friendly and informative, with routes to the the places to visit ie notre dame cathedral,ect. Cheerfull and helpfull with advice on resturants. We will gladly stay again.

No hot water for tea at breakfast, but on request staff quickley supplied water.

Liked the idea of the Metro nearby to take you where you wanted to go. Good supermarket nearby for all your needs.

Was told there was no bar, but on website there is. Thought some of the streets around the hotel were quite dirty and smelly.

Location is the best thing about the hotel. Staff on front desk were excellent.

The bed was a little hard, not sure weather it was a French thing. Not many English speaking channels on tv. Breakfast was tasty but unattentive no staff present buffet needed topping up and worse thing is tables weren't cleared and as more customers came in they found themselves clearing a table of dirty dishes so they can sit down.

Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms light and spacious bearing in mind it is in the heart of Paris. Like the modern design and location is absolutely perfect!

Limited breakfast choice and lack of space - we could not sit at a table for breakfast. Bathroom stained glass door not ideal for privacy - use of toilet.

The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception desk – certainly a great asset. The location is also good, being close the so many Metro stations is a great advantage

The bathroom installations were faulty as water was licking everywhere. We stayed very little in the hotel and also for a short while but I would request to move to another room if we were to stay a bit longer. The hotel needs to have someone handy to sort out this kind of problem and the management must make sure the room is in order before offering it to paying guests

The staff, cleanliness and comfort was perfect. Location is 5 mins from Gare Du Nord.

Everything was great!

The hotel is located in a quiet street 15 minutes walk from Gare Du Nord station. The area seems very safe for walking even at night. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was excellent - much better than expected with a wide choice of food. Free and fast WiFi in the room.

As mentioned by others the bathroom part of the room is only separated by a sliding glass door. The bedrooms are quite small and the wc is just over 1 metre from the bed, separated by the sliding glass door. This gives no privacy at all. Our glass door was not installed correctly and rested about 30cm open, making matters even worse. This really is a very poor design. On the first morning the hot water ran out by about 09:00 so we made sure to shower before 09:00 on other days.

Location, reception staff, cleaning

Cramped room and bathroom (it's hard to get into the shower!), low quality breakfast (industrial scrambled eggs), confusing schedule of charges, and (in my experience) rather a high price for a three star hotel in Paris.

Staff was helpful and the location was close to the lafayette by walking. Also metro was very close so that you can reach everywhere you want to. Room temperature was fine even for the cold winter climate. Everything was fine.

Hotel has no paris view. It's in a small road and only thing you can see is buildings around but it's not so disturbing

Staff and comfort of room. Wireless Internet was very good compared to many Paris hotels. Close to major railway stations and metro.

Must go away for more eating choices and boutiques.

Shower didn't drain first morning, no hot water second morning.

Location was easy to get too 10 mins from gare du nord walking with cases! Also very near the metro. Local area was full off restaurants and take aways. I was travelling with a 10 year old girl and found the staff were very helpful and friendly.The area felt safer than other parts of paris, multicultural and friendly.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was access to a bistro area until 11.30 pm but it was dark and unwelcoming after hours. Room service was available but drinks could only be ordered with a meal.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The room (and the bed) was huge and had a lovely suprise of a balcony.

Only downside was that I had to remind the staff to return the 50 euro desposit we paid for the room on arrival, a deposit I wasn't aware of when booking.
