Hotel without animation, just efficiency. Restaurant on the level of a truckers highway restaurant, wines are far too expensive (they try, with a smile, to sell me bad wine 3 times in a row at one evening). No ironing services. Very loud arco system. Very, very boring rooms and bathrooms. Television didn't work. No iPod/music services. No coffee services at the room

Front desk staff were very helpfull,especcially one male member whose name escapes me,but went out of his way to help me with a computer problem I had,and resolved it.

The hotel id to far from the airport,I was under the impression that the hotel was in Roisy,and I also wasted an Hour waiting for the bus on level 5 where the sign showed the bus stopped,and then had to go back to terminal 3 and wait another 1/2 hour for it.The information desk at the railway said I could walk to the hotel from terminal 3 they said it was a 5 minute walk they have to be kidding,you can't walk there,and if you could it would take an hour.

The hotel is equipped with a reasonable health club faciliy

The location is not convenient for travelers and the transportation facility is poor for connection with the city

Large area, convenient location. Good for meeting people in the lobby. Modern and clean decoration.

A/C noisy, The all a/c system is old and they know it but are not willing to change it ! I can't accept Internet is not free, after spending over EUR 200 for only ONE night (room + diner + breakfast). This is too much ! Will not come back for these reasons. Bus shall bring you to all Terminal, not only T3.

We stayed there before flying back to Australia, the room was comfortable, but the best was the buffet breakfast for only € 15, fantastic value for money

Restaurant stayed open until 11 pm.

We chose this hotel because of the pool. We had a few free hours and were looking for a hotel that our family could swim at. However, it was closed for renovations. Despite booking only a week prior, there was no mention on either the booking site or the hotel's main site of this. My family was obviously very disappointed and there is absolutely nothing to do in the area. We went for a long walk in a business park... In the future will probably just go into Paris as after you get to terminal 3 for the shuttle, wait for it and travel to the hotel, it would have been about the same time to get into Paris by rer and find a hotel close to the train station.

Proximity to the airport. The vegetation in the lobby which created a natural environment. Excellent cuisine. Staff were very approachable and helpful.

The air-conditioning in my room did not work. So the room got quite hot. Was not fixed till I left. I was in room 1211
