the location, shuttle bus service to and from the airport on time, friendly stuff

the stuff could not find our booking and rebooked on different price, we asked not to change the price from booking.com they promised, but 5 days later dubbled the price of booking.com. now we are trying to return our money

Very handy for the airport which is a short (free) shuttle bus ride away.

Located in an industrial/office type area with nothing nearby.

Great staff, comfortable, lovely open space.

Food needs to be a bit better for the price.

The staff was very helpful. Courtyard, and bar was lovely. Great to look on courtyard if you get room w/ view of center. Good shuttle service.

The towels were thread bare and very small. The carpet, though redone a year ago, was dirty and appeared worn. Room was small. Just did not feel as if it were Hyatt quality.

The shuttle service really worked out for us and the coordination of the service allowed us easy access to getting to Paris and back

We had only 1 pillow each and waited over 45 min to get more delivered to our room we were very tired and just wanted to get some sleep

Excellent location for early am flight from Charles de Gaulle. Restful lobby with stylish decor. Comfortable beds. No noise.

Ridiculous to charge for internet- why not just have it buried in the overall room charge. Strange policy of charging 7 euros every time the minibar is opened even if nothing is removed. The charges were reversed when I explained that we had only stored some items in the fridge.

Attractive Lobby / Bar

Sparsely furnished room. No hotel information booklet in the room. Just an A4 sheet for room service. No complementary tea or coffee.

Modern, clean good bar and other facilities. Located close to the airport. The "Club" level and club is very good.

Although reasonably close to the airport it is still a longish shuttle bus ride.

the service as i was a one nigth connecting client who arrived at mid nitgh and scheduel for an early fligth at 6.30 and ask to have breakfast earlier then 6 and promessed by the staff that i will have it and it was only promises promises.

Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was nice and shower was excellent compared to others we'd experienced on our travels.

The room was ridiculously hot and stuffy. We had the air con on coldest and highest setting and still had to get a fan sent up. Didn't make a difference. Windows don't open in the room we were in so we were very warm all night. Our stay would have been perfect if the room was a good temperature.

Location, Regency Club benefits. Paris transfer bus.

I stayed there for two reasons. 1. It was available and reasonably close to the trains to Paris. Paris was my first choice but due to the auto show there were no spaces avaiable. 2. The swimming pool and fitness room were my choice to pay the extra money.

location to the CDG Airport, shuttle to airport, staff was friendly. The airport noise was not a problem. (Just to clarify we are 2 straight males on holiday that have traveled to several countries in europe staying in a variety of hotels always getting twin beds and not demanding types)

Air conditioning was poor the room was humid and stuffy, unable to open the windows I assume due to noise but would like the option. A very average european room not worth the price (I stayed at a Sheraton in Brussels for approx 100 euros less with better services, beds, wifi free,club room, included breakfast, and better room), Wifi was the most expensive and not free like most hotels I have stayed in Europe. Breakfast was not included. The twin beds were not comfortable. While the staff was friendly and worked well most could not speak english very well at all which I expect at an airport hotel.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were cared for beautifully. We were served delicious food; we slept in a luxurious bed; and we were transported by the hotel shuttle in a mere 10 minutes to Terminal 3 at CDG where we caught the free train to Terminal 1 and Lufthansa took us into their very capable hands. The next time we come back to France, we will use this hotel.

The driver of the shuttle dropped us off at the wrong terminal and we almost missed our plane which would have cost us a fortune!!! Very unproffesional

While the room rate was very reasonable, all extras (food, drinks, etc) were very expensive, and there were no readily accessible alternatives.

Very expensive parking, good breakfast (but only serving till 10:00 !) staffs did not know that Versay Palace is closed on mondays.
