Hyatt Regency Paris - Charles De Gaulle  

Un grandioso e confortevole hotel, dalla posizione buona riguardo al aeroporto cdg, ma scomodo per chi vuol visitare Parigi, ma con un servizio naveta sufficiente da cdg al hatel.Il staff molto bravi e cordiali,ma nessuno non parla Italiano.Otimo per qualita prezzo. Vilson Firenze.

We were in the hotel just for an short overnight stop. The choice was a mistake. Hyatt is the only hotel in cdg Roissy area does not having a courtesy shuttle directly to terminals. Hotel shuttle bus serves only the central area of the aiport and you have to take a small train to get to / from terminals.Not so difficult if you know how it works but if you discover it upon your arrival at 11pm it is an other story. If you have a lot of luggage or travelling with kids it is definitely not for you. You will have to take a taxi to and from the hotel so add the cost of the ride to the bill and be ready to discuss with the taxi driver not happy at all to have a 10 min ride after 1 hour waiting in the airport. In any case you will loose at least 1 hour of your sleep compared to other hotels.

The hotel staff was extremelly frienly.

You have a dedicated bus service to the airport and not shared by other hotels.

We stayed there before flying back to Australia, the room was comfortable, but the best was the buffet breakfast for only € 15, fantastic value for money

The location is ok if you are commuting to the exhibition center.

Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. Everything was clean and the staff has clearly been well trained for hosting business travelers and making people feel comfortable and properly accommodated.

Service & restaurant charges were expensive even for location and level of hotel. Business center is equipped with old and slow equipment -- especially the printers.

Next to the airport and shuttle bus free of charge.

Expensive drinks at lounge and even windows has IG glass, very noisy because of aircrafts

The staff were very nice.

We chose this hotel because of the pool. We had a few free hours and were looking for a hotel that our family could swim at. However, it was closed for renovations. Despite booking only a week prior, there was no mention on either the booking site or the hotel's main site of this. My family was obviously very disappointed and there is absolutely nothing to do in the area. We went for a long walk in a business park... In the future will probably just go into Paris as after you get to terminal 3 for the shuttle, wait for it and travel to the hotel, it would have been about the same time to get into Paris by rer and find a hotel close to the train station.

Excellent services and the best breakfast buffet I have ever had! It wasnt cheap, but it was worth every penny!
