Staff was lovely especially a young lady at reception
The room wasn't what expected as it was a lot smaller then expected and room wasn't very nice
I chose the hotel for the Eiffel tower view. The view from the room awesome and I had one of the best nights in Paris at Hyatt Regency. Try the Bar at the top of the hotel which has a nice selection of drinks. I was also very impressed with the guest relations manager who was very accommodating of us! Will definitely visit again!
The staff hospitality and kindness
the bed and the bathroom.
Breakfast was really unexpected specially for those who know the hotel before.. one day iit was excellent
While the rooms are small by US standards, the views from the upper floors are lovely in all directions. I also enjoyed the Regent Club with breakfast, tea and cocktails served daily. Choices were fine and service was pleasant.
Lobby is very large with few areas for tired travelers to sit comfortably. However there is a notice telling everyone the hotel will be refurbished in the spring of 2015 meaning a more updated look to rooms and general areas. I would stay here again due to the proximity of the Conference Center, high end shopping in the concourse and a wonderful small food shop where all produce and cheeses are displayed beautifully. A Tea Room is also delightful on the main level of the building. In addition there are several good bistros within walking distance since Paris at Christmas Time is a traffic nightmare!
The hotel isn't as seen on pictures... It doesn't specified exactly what room your getting.... I paid more to get a better room and was given a standard room... Staff was very unhelpful after saying there had been allot of complaints about same issue and blamed booking.com for being misleading (passing the buck) very unwelcoming and fake..... Tried to sell us a upgrade (only diffrence is a lick of paint) we were so disappointed with the hotel and staff we left to find a better hotel which wasn't hard. Would strongly advise people not to stay here. You will be very disappointed !
The welcome, the comfort of the room and of course the Bar le vue.
I paid for the upgraded Wi fi which I found to be slow and ineffective.
location and reception
price, no tea coffee facilities in room, drinks and food too expensive. room was tatty.
Old and dirty
The location is perfact.
Quite old facilities.
Staff very good
Temprtue in room very hard to control
It's was excellent .I would go again !
Very clean and grand looking
Very expensive for food and drink
- location; - nice view; - comfortable bed.
- strange walls colour; - dysfunctional canalization; - not fresh fruits on breakfast; - no iron at the room; - a lot of floors, rooms and people; - unmindful staff at restaurant on breakfast.
The location was within walking distance of many of the things you would like to see or located where you can access transportation to get to where you would want to go. There is a mall attached to the hotel (expensive) with eating facilities of all kinds as well as a grocery store. Restaurants are across the street which are more reasonably priced and the food there was excellent.
The halls had paint scrapped off the walls and were painted in a scheme right out of the 70's. We had an upgraded room which had filled holes in the wall, greasy finger prints on the wall, and one area of peeled back wall paper. There is a bar on the top floor with a breath taking view of the city and the Eiffel tower but at 20 euros per drink, who could enjoy it. Having said this, I would still stay there.
Room service is horrible as you don't get what you ordered and it is not cook. Eat Outside!
Location (Etoile, Trocedero, Bois d'Bologne) restaurants and shops near by. Excellent metro and RER connections
Breakfast super job! View from bar on highest Wat fantastic! The Consiage were among Best I've ever met!
The lobby was as big as a train station with minimal Guest value. Did not have Handikap room I requested!
Good location - 15 min walk to Champs Elysses Wifi connection works everywhere Great View of the Eiffel Tower from the room
Old, shabby rooms Room was not clean upon our arrival and we were really upset We got a twin bed (joined) even though we asked for a king bed! Poor water pressure in the shower Not enough variety the breakfast buffet
Poor breakfast Relationship quality / price bad : 25€
The friendly staff specially uponthe arrival we got welcome Roses from the Gentleman who assisted us. That was amazing!!! The lady who've done the room was helpful & friendly too.
The room was small for that price (expensive) it wouldbe great to have a tea maker in the room.
View from the window
Poor equipment of the renovated part (!) of the hotel and the shadow mood of the old part. Walls are dirty and furniture is slightly damaged. Nothing worthy of the price.
The location is good, with a short walk from the station through the shopping mall, which was great because it was raining when I arrived. Fabulous views from the room across the city - ask for a high room. Excellent scrambled eggs in the buffet breakfast.
The lobby looks like a 5-star hotel, but rooms and corridors and lifts are very tired-looking. My room was a non-smoking room, but there were smokers on both sides of me, and the smoke travelled both into the corridor and my room.
