Hyatt Regency Paris - Madeleine  

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena pero las habitaciones no me parece que estan de acuerdo al precio del hotel, corresponden a un hotel de 3 estrellas.El personal es amable, lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación.

The staff are very young and inexperienced. Client and customer care should be the their first priority but they have not understood that. As a Hyatt Gold Passport member, they did not upgrade me despite having rooms available. I have stayed here many times and have already had bad experiences with their reception personnel.

Room was very comfortable and quiet.

Lack of choice of restaurants.

The room keeps clean. All of staff is kind and helping. Hamam and Spa which located on B1F are very good and make us refleshed.

Stuff

There was a A.c problem we were freezing at the time we stayed. I asked them to fix and change my room they changed but still A.c was not working. They gave me a heater in 5 stars hotel.

A camera with breakfast does not include eggs and internet is not included. The price policy xis ridiculos.

The best thing about hotel is location. And also nice to have Hyatt standards in different aspects of being their visitor.

The size of Classic room was really very small.

The room was fine. The staff were courteous and professional. The room service breakfast was excellent.

I arrived at the hotel in Paris at 6.15pm from London. My suite booked through you was not available when I arrived because the guests had gone out for the day and not come back. They had apparently told the hotel they would return at 7pm. Then they would pack and leave and then the suite would have to be cleaned. No other suites were available and I was asked to wait. I refused, pointed out that I had a contractual right to a room which had been breached and demanded a room instead, which I was given for 450 Euros, before taxes. I am extremely annoyed that the room I had booked was unavailable more than three hours after the contracted time and would not have been available until six hours after the contracted time, if at all.

The hotel is far from champs

Lovely staff, very professional, discreet and helpful.

For a business hotel, business center consists in only one computer bugging constantly and one home printer that could never work despite the helpful staff trying to help. Internet, that one would expect to be included in the room rate in a business hotel - comes on top at a pretty expensive rate. However, without being prompted for it, staff removed it from the bill because of the "business center" failures.

taking into consideration that İ booked room in Hyatt Regency Paris - Madeleine through booking.com and ordered with fixed price three rooms, in the reception they told me that the fully booked and that price will increase. Then I asked for a meeting with manager they told me (after 40 min) that evrth resolved. In this "5 star hotel" I ordered smth in room service at 11 PM they brought me only salads, and told me that kitchen already closed. This created so many troubles for me and for the persons wich was with me.
