Location is good. Internet connection was excellent. The only problem i faced was about the glasses. I went to the reception at night to get them but the receptionist refused to give any as he said there are no glasses available for the room. It was surprising. |

the room was very clean and the location of the hotel was superb.. it is just next to plac d'italie metro station and opposite to the hotel there is a big shopping mall with carrefour in it where you can buy snacks, water etc..Breakfast was also worth the money, definitely recommend to take it. There is parking under the hotel which enabled us to leave the car but it was a bit expensive; 15 euro. |

The staff was friendly and they went out of their way to give information about the surrounding area. The breakfast area was brightly painted which contributed to my cheerfulness. |

It is very clean. Near to metro station so very easy to get to center city. Close to China Town. Room is small. We got two swipe cards for the room. But one of them did not work sometime. |

The best thing is position in Paris. Far from the touristical center and crowd, but close to 3 lines of metro. You can reach any point in Paris in maximum 30 minutes. To Versailles is 40 minutes with m5 up to Gare d'Austerlitz then rer. Also the rer is very time -saving. It worth to make Navigo Pass. Excelent Restaurants nearby (I recomand Samson, Canon and the japanese rest from Place d'Italie) and the Carrefour and the "boulangerie" from the shopping mall Italie are very useful. Regarding the room, is as small as any other Ibis Room, you receive cleaning and fresh towels every day. Wireless internet is free but is limited to 200 Mb trafic daily. Is ok for checking emails and get some useful info regarding Paris. There is some smell in the room. But this is very common to the 70% of the budget hotels in Paris. We solve this problem buying an room odorisant from the nearby Carrefour. |

It was very close to the Metro with easy access to all of Paris. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was good value and buffet style, which was excellent. The hotel only had one lift, and a very small one. At times there were long waits. We opted for the stairs on a number of occasions. |

Hotel is cheap, staff is friendly and helpfull. Modern and clean rooms. Very close to metro stations with direct lines to the Eiffel tower. Parking is very small and only offer a few parking places. Our room was next to elevator and stairway so a little noisy. Very small rooms. Less facilities, no hairdryer, ironing, pen and paper etc. |

It's clean, comfortable, close to public transport, plenty of places to eat. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I didn't like the ridiculous pricing for the internet use. Thankfully, there's a library a block away (next to KFC) which provide internet for free. The room is small and doesn't have a lot of space for clothing. I only stayed for 1 night with 1 small luggage, so it wasn't a problem for me. But it might if you stay longer. |

It was good but I would prefer the cards thats you hand out work and I wouldent have to phone up people to try and get us out of the hotel. And a TV to speak english would have made everything good and ralaxable everything else was good or okay never ganna be the best hotel I ever stayed in daw. The TV and the size of the rooms. |

Close to metro Palace'd Italia, shopping mall and restaurants, good value for money. Tidy and comfortable room. Good internet connection. Good luggage depositing service. The shower in the washing room is higher than the room floor, so the water is very easy to drain the carpet. I have to put tower near the door to absorb the water. There is also no hair dryer in the room, we have to borrow the hair dryer at reception and return it back. |
