Rude front desk staff.
Facilities and location
Breakfast is ok. Hotel Name contain Ibis.
Too Far from Metro Station. Need to wait long time for lift @ Morning.
Their is no lights on the main road leading the hotel to Brighton it up it was in a back road it was hard to find I had to get a a taxi for 20 euros just to go round 5 min drive to get to their becouse it was extreamly dark and ugly
they dont speak in engilish
The hotel room was comfortable.
The location where the actual hotel was situated is not very secure. There were some gangs of tough looking boys hanging around on the street of the hotel. There were also a few tough looking characters staying at the hotel too. The actual Auberviliers itself did not seem so bad but it is not for tourists.
Very dangerous area not suitable for a group of friends especially female, taxis were a nightmare to get and metro was 20 mins walk away through a very bad area
Wifi was good
The staff are rude, there's no iron, I felt inntimadated as soon as I left the hotel. Not a nice area.
The beds, size of the bathroom, the wifi, very good value breakfast
The hotel's location
Location, a very poor customer service from this fat lady at the front desk.
Value for money and Comfort
Not well situated for public transport users
VALUE FOR THE MONEY
Horrible costumer service and location not recomend
Secure parking, good staff, clean, pizza place and bar just outside hotel
The area is rough, and it's hard to find
Its near market, metro station
Room fan was not working, room was hot
I thought that the price was decent, the room was clean enough. Location isn't as bad as everyone makes out, I travelled alone with two small children and I felt safe and was nice to see the suburbs of paris, plus it's cheaper to eat dinner round these areas. It's not the ghetto like some people have stated.
Don't have breakfast unless it's free, you can go to the super market buy a French stick, jam, butter and croisants for a family for a week for 10 euros. Just but fresh juice each morning. One reception lady was a bit grumpy but the rest were helpful. The location is far from city but I didn't mind.
The price, the emplacement.
Lots of numbers to retained for the acces in the cars park, the lift, the room... I suggest to be replaced by magnetics card please so it will be much easier. Thanks
We loved our stay in the hotel, the staff were really nice especially Yussuff and Prerick ( I hope I spelt their names correctly) and the cleaning staff. The hotel was clean and the rooms were serviced every day so we always had clean sheets and toiletries. Though I found the hotel to be in a slightly rough area, it was safe and worth the price we paid. And it being only 20 minutes from the city centre by bus was really great.
There is a blond haired lady staff who I found a bit rude in dealing with but otherwise the staff were really excellent! The outside of the hotel can use a bit of work as they were quite a lot of potholes on the ground leading to the entrance. Also the lifts are a bit shady, though there 3 lifts, most of the time only one was working correctly albeit very slow.
Staff doesnt understand English, difficult to converse with Hotel staff.
Very-very far from center
Nice place to stay for a short time, good transport connection.
I didn't find the location as poor nor as dangerous as it is commented. I read about the robberies and I was anxious. However, the hotel has hired a security guard always present at a desk by the door, and I think that this has contributed considerably to its safety. If you access the hotel by the metro station "Front Populaire" it is true that you cross a strange place, full of Chinese warehouses. It is much shorter way, but to avoid at night. If you access the hotel by the metro station "Aubervilliers - Pantin - Quatre Chemins" you cross an amazing multicultural neighborhood (avenue de la République), an exciting place with shops and people from Asia, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe. If you return to the hotel late at night, there is a way to avoid danger : take the metro to the Gare de l'Est station, go out using exit 6, cross the road to the bus stop of bus 35 heading to Mairie d'Auberviliers, take the bus and hop off at the bus stop Félix Faure-Victor Hugo. The hotel is 400 metres away from this bus stop, hurry to get there minding your own business. This is what I did, and I even had a 6 years old child with me.
