The thin towels
Buffet breakfast helpfullness of staff
no air condition no shower curtain
Breakfast was fabulous and was a great value. The room was clean and the shower was spacious.
The beds were not comfortable. Pillows were not fluffy/cushy.
Great & cool Staff Value for money Great location Interesting bed designs Heated water for bathing!
No air-conditioned (lucky it was cooling at night) Windows (if i can control the size of the opening, that'll be great!) No wardrobe for clothes. If bathroom can be smaller, in return for more space in room.
Very close to the train station Low rates Clean room and bathroom
No airconditioning Noise from outside and other rooms can be heard even with the window closed
I liked that it was across the street from the train station. The staff were helpful.
There was no air conditioning. We had to open the windows. They only open a crack. It was very warm and humid. When we opened the windows, it was extremely noisy with people yelling, people dumping garbage and banging of bottles. We slept fitfully. Parking the rental car was somewhat difficult.
A little noisy before mid night and could smell someone smoking. Also I could smell smoke on my pillow as well.
This hotel is right across from the train station and very close to car rental outlets. It worked very well for us. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and spoke excellent English.
Just about everything
Easy reach of all public transport, very friendly and helpful reception staff, clean and bright room. First experience of a triple room as travelling with partner and his adult daughter and it wasn't as bad as anticipated. Big plus was basin in the room as it lessened waiting time for shower/wc.
Although the location is good for transport, it is run down and seedy with unsavoury characters loitering around. With hindsight I would have opted for a room nearer the old part of the city as this location doesn't have a lot to offer.
Two-minute walk to train.
The sidewalk traffic in front of entrance.
We had booked 2 rooms in advance but on arrival we were told only one room available. Eventually offered another room but at higher rate than in confirmation e-mail received from IBIS.
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast for low price.
The welcome was very friendly and helpful, even though we had arrived late in the evening. Two spotless rooms with very comfortable beds and bed linens. A very good night's sleep in a basic and extremely cheap hotel. Perfect for those just needing a bed for the night.
Couldn't sleep with the window open because hotel backs onto a yard and then the road which was quite noisy.
Nothing, I booked on-line but when I arrived, I was told the hotel hadn't received a booking. The hotel was full. I was offered another room at twice the price at their other hotel around the corner. A bit of a scam going on here. Anyway, not a nice way to end a holiday on the side of the road with 3 kids.
Nothing if you like the red light district
No meal availability
Location...we rented a car and the location made it very easy to find. We just followed the signs to the train station. The hotel is right in front of the station. The staff were very helpful.
No air conditioning
Near the train station, trams and car rental agencies
Train, bus and tram services right outside the hotel and a good selection of shops and restaurants just the other side of the tunnel under the railway, accessible through the station entrance. Good basic facilities at a corresponding price; everything worked.
Even in a budget hotel I expect shampoo or a dispenser of liquid soap, but only a bar of soap was provided.
The shower arrangement which made the bedroom floor wet and dangerously slippy
the price was good
the people around the place where a bit too drunk for my taste...
helping staff. 2 minutes walk from the railway station. low price.
the room is not very clean. there is no hairdryer in the room and no city map in the reception.
We chose this hotel for the convienience to the train station. It is definately a budget hotel, although the comfort of the beds were very good. Not a lot of room within the room, but it suited our needs perfectly. We had researched this hotel, so we had not surprises. It is budget friendly, clean and comfortable for sleeping, and that is all we were expecting.
Nothing comes to mind.
Very helpful staff.
Rooms in other Ibis Budget have been bigger. The desk area was cramped. I could not sit on the chair because the bed was too close.
