Close to metro station, lovely staff, amazing shower.
Room wasnt really clean, no fresh air as the window cant be opened, didnt have water from 10am til 5pm on the first day, slow Wifi.
the day when i checked in, i told the clerk clearly that I will deposit my luggage for a couple of days, I was told that it's 2euro per day. but when I checked the next day, the other guy said I cant deposit my luggage overnight. and another guy's attitude is so so bad. looks like he just broke up with his girlfriend.
Good breakfest! Very clean. Easy to get to metro. Nice view from window. Very stylish room for such price. And wirth price.
Only french channel on TV, no music channels. We had problems with reservation! The meneger - lady with red lips told us, that she don`t see our reservation in systems, even we had our printed provement. And she wanted at first give us 16 euro expensiver room :(, only when we have our pretensions, and other guests saw it - then she put the price down... :(. Not nice - becouse booking.com usually dont have such problems.
Worst breakfast during our whole 18-day stay in Europe; cleaning staff always entered the room despite of the "DO NOT DISTURB" card, someone even suddenly opened the door without knocking, the receiptionist didn't listen to us when we complained about it and told we didn't need any cleaning.
It was impossible to stay in the room due to the warm temperature!!! I know it is winter but it was just too warm inside. Asked twice for reception help and twice heard a 'there's nothing I can do'. Impossible to stay in and rest, we had to keep door open all the time as window doesn't open; Rude housekeeping staff kicked us out of room twice.
The hotel is located in the south of Paris, close to Porte d'Orleans Subway station. The staff is very polite, welcoming. The room are a bit too small bit too small. no fridge. Overall it is okay....
Staff was helpful Room was very clean
Room was too warm, lack ventilation No locks for shower and toilet
We reserved 2 triple rooms. 1 for us and 1 for our 3 older boys. Fairly easy to find w/ navi, located right off the ring road, but not as noisy as you might expect. SECURE parking garage was right across the street from hotel. Height states-1.85 meters, but we were able to park our large land rover in there with NO issues. Cost was 27Euros for 1 day. Parking garage also had direct access to Metro line 4 - via a tunnel. Metro was less than 2 blocks from hotel w/ direct access into central Paris in less than 10 minutes. Make a left out of the hotel to the first stop light, cross the street and walk straight for about 2 blocks. Metro stop name is Port d'orleans-M4. SAFE surrounding area, and felt completely safe walking back from metro to hotel late at night. There are lots of restaurants and little grocery stores between the walk to the metro and hotel as well to eat or grab something for the room. Wifi in the room was good, and cleanliness of the rooms were also good. Breakfast was typical ibis and decent enough for 6 Euros. I will use this hotel each time I come to Paris. You will not find better location, price, convenience, access to secure car garage for 5 people in central paris for the price of ibis.
Absolutely NOTHING. Ibis is a BUDGET hotel so it is basic, clean, safe, and convenient.
too small (much less than it looks on the pictures) too dirty (other ibis hotels much cleaner)
Fair price, decent size for 3 people.
The location seemed very rough. People congogated in the streets selling what seemed to be stolen items. Wouldn't walk anywhere alone or with kids. Felt very unsafe although once in the hotel felt safe.
The room is clean and comfortable for a good sleeping
The staff (black woman) who was standby in the breakfast area was not friendly. She is looke more like a security guard who can't smile.
Impossible to open the window
Excellent!! Very clean, very hot room even without the heating, hot water, clean toilet, soft beds. Very good breakfast for only 6 euros. Cheap and best option for young people and families.
The only disadvantage is that the room is small especially for 3 people with big luggages.
Clean Room,Good for solo & couples. Metro is 500 Meters.
Small Rooms - would not suggest for 3 persons, for 2 persons should be fine. Bathrooms - Lacks bit of privacy(Glass Doors)
Very nice breakfast, friendly personnel helped in any need we had and gave us a room in a quiet part of the hotel just like we requested, funny toilet in a 'wardrobe' in a room, good internet access, close to rail station to the Airport and to the metro station.
Lack of possibility to open the window in the room.
Clean Amazing shower Helpful staff
No chargers or adapters Tiny rooms triple room too small for 3 people No windows Not enough towels Breakfast is quite expensive
Staff,Mr.Devid good person. He helped us by warming our food in oven even though cafeteria was closed.
Clean room, close proximity to metro and orly airport
Very small room but kind of expecting it
bathroom doesn't have a lock
The cost. Good Value for Money. The Area of Montrouge is clean has some pleasant little back streets and restaurants on the way to the metro. Montrouge metro station is the terminus meaing you will always get a seat. Gare du Nord - only 30 mins to Montrouge. Staff were pleasant and helpful
The sheets were not clean as they could have been. I found a hair. I have stayed in other budget IBIS particularly in Germany which were OK. But in this one, the room has a poor standard of finish in the workmanship. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and appeared to have a wooden board underneath the mattress. OK for 1 night but not for any longer and only 2 towels were given. Not enough then to use 1 as shower mat; not nice as the shower is within the main bedroom. Also a very thin door on the toilet which had lock - deliberately I think. Finally it's not pleasant to have the Boulevard peripherique - Paris's main ring road rioght outside the door of the hotel.
Service and location
The room was small
Stayed just for a day so can't really say.
Metro is nearby. Cheper by Paris rates.
For secutiry reasons, the windows are permanently closed. The AC does not seem to be on. Found it difficult to sleep even without sheets. Staff are not very coordial.
+ cheap +neat +good location
Affordable Convenient to Metro Friendly, english speaker concierges Clean
A bit small room for 3 people, 3 beds Not a lot of privacy in the small room A bit far from the central of Paris, but not long metro trip to central areas Not many power outlets in the room
