The ibis Toulouse Centre is located a 10 minute-walk from the historic quarter and Matabiau Train Station.
Score from 483 reviews Very good
The hotel is cost effective. The location is very good: near to the train station and a walking distance from downtown.
The bathroom could have a rug available.
There is no internet connection i the room, just on the reception
Good value option about 15 minutes walk from the train station. It's like all budget ibis options - basic, yet comfortable.
The staff member who checked us in was the rudest french person we've encountered. Was very abrupt when we asked about the air conditioning. Not a suitable person for reception.
Handy for the railway station.
No nearby retaurants.
Location - close to town centre Parking - Free Friendly receptionist on arrival Cleanliness Value for money
Hard to find (not well sign-posted)
Key code for the door. Wifi. Comfortable bed. Clean.
Very small table. No cutlery or plates. Quite expensive.
Fairly central, spacious room, bathroom o.k., possibility to park our bicycles indoors overnight, no noise from neighbouring rooms
Air conditioning had been centrally switched off. Although it was October the weather was warm and the room far too hot. My husband had to be quite pushy to get a different room shielded from the sun - it depended on which Person was at the reception desk (one more cooperative than another). Only a small open rail to hang clothes and no drawers of any Kind. Obviously the rooms are for Business men just staying one night and not for Holiday makers.
This hotel has sufficient parking facilities
Just next to the reception there are small shops open on Sunday too.
There are only sweet things to eat in the morning. I know that in France that's normal, but they could pay attention for the foreigners (at least some cheese could be available...)
I like the confort clean and modern of the room.it Was close to centre an very recomended
Price. Clean and comfortable bed.
Slight trek from train station and Centre. At night area is red light district, very depressing. Windows do not open. Felt like a hostel, wouldn't want to stay again for more than one night.
The room was a reasonable size, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy and clean. Very basic, a bit like a Travelodge, but none the worse for that.
Everything was fine
The place was a little hard to find at first due to the one way streets. The rooms had vinyl flooring and reminded me of a dorm room but were exceptionally clean. Nice to have free parking.
That I will not be there soon :)
The staff were more than helpful and really good even though we did not speak French .
The only thing i didnt like was the fact that i slipped in the shower and took a few very nice bruises home with me.
Staff was not helpfull or kind. It's a long walk to downtown and the surroundings are not safe enough for a night walk It's not that cheap for that location. There are not enough parking places. The hotel parking is on the street. There is only one key in the hotel to unlock all of the parking guard bars of every car. It was quite disapointing
Good location big enough room bathroom was clean
The floor of the room was dirty there were a few tiny bugs on our bed (not sure if bedbugs) and when we asked to change a room were told it was impossible
Clean, comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was simple but good value (except coffee). About 15 min brisk walk to town.
Coffee at breakfast was very disappointing. Parking spaces are very tight and the locks on the barriers are tricky, but at least it's available and it's free. Not in a very salubrious area (I wouldn't recommend walking north along the canal after dark!)
The room was clean and large, the bathroom big enough, the bed comfy, good value for money.
Location. Dodgy area, prostitution.
Had a comfortable stay
Close proximity to the centre of Toulouse. Staff friendly and helpful, provided information and maps for the town centre.
Don't judge this one by the outside.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much.Nothing to complain about.
The screen of our bathroom burst and we could only get someone to clean it (leaving the picies of glass inside the shower!!) and after going down to reception desk twice. We couldn't bathe and we couldn't leep properly becaise the lock of the room was broken. Didn't change us to another room.
the price of the accommodation, breakfast was okay, room was clean
the size of the bathroom was very small and the shower allowed no room to move
Good to stay for a night
