The room was new, clean and nice

The ac was too noisy - every time we closed the bathroom door it started trembling and made annoying noise (because of the ac). The tap in the bathroom was leaking.

The helpful staff superior to many at **** hotels. I asked for some more coathangers they provided them immediately, the same response with my request for an extra pillow. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, my husband asked if a kettle was available! The response was to give us a thermous jug, two cups and the facility to use the hotwater machine in the breakfast room whenever we wanted. Truly excceptional customer service.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Room, cleanliness, breakfast choice, staff friendliness The only minus point was the lift being out of action on a couple of occasions.

Location is great and this was one of the reason why we chose this hotel. It is 2 parallel streets away from the main Cannes Strip and walkable distance from all shopping areas.

Before I booked the hotel, Parking was on offer, but upon arrival we were told that Parking door is not working for quite some time and there is no Parking available. At least they should update the website rather than misleading the customers. Public parking is available at 5-10 mins walking distance and will cost about €23/day, which isn't so bad. Everything in the hotel makes a bad noise, lift and doors specially. Room was quite small and toiletries on offer were next to nothing.

Good value for money

Stayed here before, first time no problems. This time the lift was out of order for my entire stay (24 hours) and I had a room on the 3 rd floor which filled with cigarette smoke at night. The problem was related to the airconditioning - I don't know if the smoke smell was on the unit itself or from the neighbours... the latter I think as the bathroom also filled with smoke.

Nice clean room, all facilities worked fine.

Very slow elevator. Unprofessional personnel. I did not feel like a guest but like a beggar ! .... Window can not be opened. A garage was guaranteed but at the check-in there was suddenly no garage available.

The parking is extremely limited accessed by a lift, dont take a large car there. Room was small and lacking in any facilities but the staff were lovely and made up for it all

Tout n'est pas "clean" comme par exemple les toilettes pour le public.

Location is very nice. Near sea shore, nice pubs, bars and restaurants. Wihtin walking distance of Cannes Festival and Casino.

Camera piccola ma pulita e ben arredata, molto accogliente, staff cordialissimo e disponibile. In caso di problema se dipende da loro e non lo risolvono entro 15 minuti il soggiorno è gratis! La nostra camera aveva un problema con la finestra che non chiudeva bene e quindi molto rumorosa ma lo staff ci ha subito cambiato di camera, molto disponibile. Posizione ottima in pieno centro, vicinissimo alla Croisette

Nei dintorni solo parcheggio a pagamento, l'hotel offre la possibilità di parcheggio, soluzione comunque non economica nel complesso ma l'unica disponibile visto l'alto costo dei parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Si accede al parcheggio dell'hotel con un ascensore molto stretto dove la macchina sta per miracolo e il parcheggio vero e proprio è comunque molto angusto e se non avete una macchina piccola e siete dei bravi guidatori lasciate stare! Troppo stretto! Colazione a pagamento insoddisfacente, pochissima scelta. Fino alle 10 dovrebbero esserci bevande fresche e buffet vario invece al nostro arrivo alle 9.40 era finito quasi tutto, comprese le brioches e la macchina per I succhi era già chiusa! Nonostante le lamentele ci hanno fatto pagare il prezzo pieno della colazione. Davvero un peccato! Il bagno della camera era piccolissimo ma comunque super funzionale!
