Very small room. We booked a room with Double & Single Bed to get more space but were given a standard Double. I showed them the booking confirmation but it made no difference.

Staff was a bit unfriendly

The location was excellent as it is in the center of Dijon. Public parking area is so close if you drive to Dijon. The staff is friendly

The rooms need mini-bar otherwise you should always go downstairs to take a drink from restaurant.

Awesome location, underground public parking across the street at good rates (17 euro for 48 hrs), nice bar, friendly staff

Room rather little small if travelling with baby and stroller, ok for 2 people, bad ventlation in bathroom (it smelled a little), coffee :-( but breakfast ok (rather basic)

Staff were really friendly (Xena in the hotel bar was just so lovely and helped us with our French!) Really good position to walk into the town. Breakfast was good as was having a bar in the hotel. Parking close by

There isn't anywhere to stop the car and get bags out so you have to drag them up from the car park.

The location was fabulous, it was in the centre of town. The room was clean & comfortable.

I didn't like the modern decor at all, but it didn't detract from our time there. The decor didn't seem to go with the old building.

Decor lousy, towels small and thin, bath minute. If you don't want guests to have a bath, give us a decent shower. Not your fault, but Dijon city centre a nightmare with the roadworks for the tram system. Entrance to nearby underground parking intimidating at night because of presence of rough sleepers inside the entrance.

Small room (a triple) but well designed with good bathroom and shower. Centrally located. Decent breakfast.

The location was just perfect to visit old Dijon.

There was no parking out side the hotel to drop off your bags.

The location and price were outstanding. Very good breakfast (cost 10 euros), helpful staff, terrific internet access, and nice rooms, we could not have expected any better for the price.

I have no complaints about Hotel Ibis, it was an excellent facility with a friendly and helpful staff. Again, the location was outstanding.

Stafff was nice but hotel was very noisy. We heard other customers above us walking and talking all nigth long. Rooms are quite small for the price.

Ideal location for sightseeing in Dijon

Our room was tiny. The ground floor was a building site.

Convenient location in the city center. Rooms were newly renovated with a good value for money, considering the small size.

Good breakfast with "pain d'épices", nice staff, beautiful and confortable rooms, heater worked very well, very well located in the center of Dijon.

Very small size pillow, no dustbin in the room (only a small one in the bathroom) ; reception staff made me pay full price for the breakfast of my daughter (halp price till 12yrs) despite I asked her few times if it was the correct price, then when I came back later on for picking my luggage up, I asked to another reception staff who told me it was a mistake, they made a refund.
