All was fine

Great location. Good breakfast.

The room is tiny. It is not even close to 15 sq. m that was mentioned at the booking.com site. The bed is not very comfortable and pretty small. I do not think it is a good value for money

Efficient check in, polite staff. Close to historical Avignon. Comfortable bed

Room and bathroom extremely small. Quality of towels, poor Breakfast area too cramped.

Staff were friendly. Room and bed were ok for one night.

Ibis are very stingy with towels. One thin small bath sized towel each and bo hand towels. Breakfast was nearly all gone at 9am even tho it didn't finishe until 10 30. Some items like cheese got replentished but jam honey yogurt all gone.

Just outside the city walls and only 10 mins walk to the centre. Room was a little smaller than we are used to at Ibis but was adequate for a 2 night stay. There was plent of free street parking available very close to the hotel.

No complaints apart from the weather, it was windy cold and wet.

I forgot an expesive item in the room, I called 5 hours afterwords and it was gone.......

Much better quality of Ibis than I have experienced in the past.

Although the room and bathroom are small but everything works fine and functional.

The location is perfect because it is very near the castle. If I and my boyfriend come again to the city we want to stay in the same hotel: the best rate, good location and confortable room. Thanks.

The hotel offers some free parking spaces right outside the lobby and the hotel is located just outside the city wall. Good if you want to avoid the hassle of the traffic ibside the walls.

Good quiet location just outside the walled city. Good beds and pillows and great hot shower. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi when we left.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Just note that the TGV station is out of the town. You will need to take a bus or taxi.

This hotel was adequate, but a bit overpriced for my tastes. Staff were very nice.

Tiny room but very clean. Very friendly staff. Location is good for such a small town. Breakfast is good, and I like the yard when have breakfast in the morning.

The staff bent over backwards to assist us, Breakfast was fair but the then when you are catering for the world you are never going to please everyone. Rooms were typically Ibis small, but then we are not going to live there permanently and it is a budget priced hotel.

In particular the air-conditioning sucked it was neither hot or cold and the ambient temperature was hot so I would have expected the AC to be cooler this time this was not the case. All in All It was pretty good all round.. Restaurants was few and far between if you are not reasonably fit forget it it as you must walk about 1.5 kilometers to the nearest restaurant (But it is level walking and the restaurants when found are great and inexpensive), All up I think it was reasonable but not too reasonable to allow a further upgrade of my assessment.
