Il letto e' comodissimo, la posizione comoda in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. Noi abbiamo trovato la sig.ra nathalie della reception disponibilissima a darci supporto ed ogni tipo di informazione. Veramente consigliato

La camera e' piccolina, in 3 e' un po' dura se si prevede di trascorrere tante ore all'interno

Room very clean, breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. We had dinner at the restaurant; meals were excelent and good value for money.

Room a bit small for two people. Just one bedside table.

Very expensive drinks at the bar - asked for lemon and it was off and tasted mouldy which tainted the gin and tonic

The rainy wether!

Fine place to sleep for the night, great linking rooms for a family with kids, don't be worried about adjoining rooms, there are big doors that open up and can stay open so having the kids in the next room is simple. Its a clean family friendly hotel. We used it as an overnight stop.

I should have looked at where it was closer, it was a little tricky as we hit town at rush hour and took quite a while in traffic. The direction we came in from meant we had to go through town center to get it.

They gave us a smoking room which smelt. It was just a basic business hotel, nothing really wrong with it, but nothing really good either.

The toilet had faeces on the seat which I had to clean before being able to use it. There are no hand towels provided only very worn out bath towels. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The linen on the bed was worn. The manager was extremely rude when I tried to get a coffee and 11.30am. In fact he made the movement of slitting my throat, by touching me on the throat, to tell me there was no more coffee available. I was willing to pay and pulled out my purse to do so. Overall the hotel was extremely poor.

The hotel was comfortable. The on site restaurant very nice. The staff very helpful.

It's location - right near the train station

We were able to get into our rooms (3 rooms for adult family couples) earlier than expected, a place was made available for our luggage until that time so we could go sight seeing; the rooms were pristinely clean and functional; the location across from the train station was perfect as that was how we arrived and departed, but the double windows (which actually both opened - what a treat) totally kept the train noise (they are pretty quiet anyway though!) from being an issue. We were having happy hour in our room with good French wine and one of the room-issue plastic glasses was cracked. The man at the desk replaced one plastic cup with two glass wine glasses - excellent trade. We took advantage of the nearby park to feed the ducks, and appreciated that the excellent restaurant in the park at the bridge was an easy walk from the hotel. We would stay there again, and check out Ibis hotels elsewhere based on this experience.

All staff encounters were good with the exception of when we checked out. Nice man, but he did not know how to use the credit card machine! He said his machine rejected both our credit cards, and because we had to get to the train station I paid cash, which I luckily had enough of. Another in our party was told their card was also rejected...and my cousin showed the man how to use his machine!

The most uncomfortable bed on our whole 5 week trip, a piece of rubber on a timber base. The room was small and if you opened the window the air conditioning did not work. We had a view over the main train station and the noise was really bad.

The room was new and very clean. The breakfast was very good. Especially jambon and cheese were delicious. I stayed at the 7th floor and I had a clear view of Dijon train station and rail roads, but there was a double window so the room was as quiet as a cave.

It's a good comfortable hotel, with pleasant decor. The downstairs bar restaurant area is very nice

As expected for the rating of the hotel. Very happy.
