Unable to connect to the Internet in spite of having been provided the hotel password. Connection should be more user friendly like in the Arcachon Hotel we are currently residing (Le Dauphin). |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and passed on good knowledge of the local wine area. The hotel was run professionally and served as an excellent base to explore both the cote du nuit and cote de beaune. Decor was a little bland although suitable for business types etc. |

There was a nice pool, and although we didn't got in it, I'm sure kids love it. No drinks facilities in the room, all run through the bar downstairs instead. |

Generally comfortable although small room, Clean and quiet. Easy motorway access and close to town. Facilities good and staff at reception excellent. Pool and bar facilities and parking good. Although breakfast was good only one member of staff trying to accommodate an almost full hotel was inadequate and replenishment of food and crockery was slower than reasonable to ensure a good service. |

Plusieurs lattes du sommier du lit n'étaient pas fixées. L'hôtel était complet et il n'y avait pas de sommier de rechange. J'ai donc du dormir par terre. Bien que la chambre ne m'a pas été facturée, je pense que l'hôtel devrait disposer de matériel de rechange quand un cas comme celui- ci se produit. J'ai aussi été déçu par le menu "terroir" proposé au restaurant que j'ai trouvé trop "industriel" et le dessert était carrémant mauvais. Le petit déjeuner était très moyen et j'ai été surpris de constater que ceux qui voulaient manger du pain devaient le couper eux-même ce qui implique qu'ils devaient le maintenir avec une main. Pas très hygiénique, surtout en période de pendémie aH1N1... J'ai du donc me rabattre sur des croissants. |

Goede ontvangst in het hotel bij aankomst en vertrek, fout op factuur werd direct en zonder toestanden gecorrigeerd. Vriendelijke staf, ook voor kleine kinderen die nog geen goed frans spreken. Zakelijk karakter van hotel overheerst wel, maar al met al prima hotel om op doorreis (kort) te verblijven. Hotel is op loopafstand van centrum Beaune. Directe omgeving van het hotel is minder aansprekend. Gunstige ligging ten opzichte van snelweg. Diner zonder meer goed van kwaliteit. Goede wijnen. Ontbijt lijkt sluitpost op de begroting te zijn. Niet al te uitgebreid en weinig variatie. |

Heel goed hotel voor een overnachting op weg naar het zuiden of indien men Beaune wil bezoeken,ligt wel niet zo dicht bij het centrum;Hadden fietsen bij en die werden zonder probleem veilig opgeborgen. |
