Very comfy beds! Clean room. Loctation was in quiet business area but good walking distances to the main attractions.
Restaurant refused to make us the 'take to your room' dinner as they "didn't have enough time" which was a joke. Staff couldve been friendlier and more informative. The fast wifi (streaming) is only free for the first 24hrs, you have to pay thereafter or else have a slow connection.
friendly staff, parking available
the A/C was extremely noisy
Food in restaurant was very good and nice staff
One nights sleep ruined by arguing guests which went on for hours View from window
Comfortable bed. Very good location: 5-10 min walk to the centre, yet quiet area. Nice view from the top floor
Very close to the Main Railway Station (75 Metres). Monster shopping Centre on the other side of the station.
More than walking distance to the city centre, but plenty of public transport - get a City Pass for 2 or 3 days - 23 Euros but very good value for Museums, trams, buses, trains, etc.
Was not far from center if don't mind a scenic walk in daytime.small but comfortable ,clean rooms
Not much around the area,is commercial center so nothing after hours. Noisy ,close to hospital and police station.
The location is ok, near the cathedral and the centre.
The cleaning of the room was bad, specially the bathroom, with dust and hairs. The parking is small, narrow and expensive, 0.80 euros per hour.
The hotel´s location is perfect for exploring the city. Not noisy and a very short walk to main attractions, restaurants, etc. In house parking was also an advantage. Very helpful receptionists.
Nothing, everything was completely satisfactory.c
Location was nt bad ten mins walk to centre
the stay....room very poor and dirty and damp musty smell. Constant noise from traffic outside all night food poor in resturant
Near train station. Basically quiet for Southern France. Standard Ibis quality. They handed me a bucket of ice cube when asked, worth noting.
Rooms are small (typical Ibis)
Good location, a walking distance from the city centre. wifi was working quite good.
A bit noisy, because we stayed during the national holiday. They gave us one towel per person, but we asked for additional ones and we were given them without any problem. The next day situation repeated, house keeping instead of giving us two towels per person, left only one.
bad air condition (AC), smelly room, small windows in the bedroom, bathroom worn off....
Location Very good apartment in a high level Services
The pelople working during the breakfast to organize the lunch tables. Problems with the elevator
This hotel is SOOOOOO dirty it is unexcusable in our days in an hotel chain NO excuse can explain this dirtyness
Friendly staff Breakfast
Rooms a bit small, in particular, the hallway/room entrance was small and awkward to even bring the bags through .
Location was good, within easy reach of the city centre and trams.
The restaurant was very poor, with little choice on the menu. Compared to other Ibis hotels we have stayed in, the choice from the salad buffet was extremely limited and poor value.
wifi doesnt work welll
Good location Private parking
Breakfast was a good value. Staff was helpful and courteous. Located across the street from the Tram.
Elevators were slow and one was out of service. No iron in room. Only two towels in the room each day. Room was very small.
Staff is really helpful.
There are an additional bed in the room and it takes too much space. It would be great if it is a sofa.
The staff interacted very politely with us and satisfied our needs and requests
The 'old taste' decor The noise of one elevator at 7am (put out of use later)
Very good price/quality rate. Very good location, close to old town and street life. Very clean room. All equipment is working. For car people, hotel has own undergrownd parking, easy to find, easy to enter and drive out, lifts are going directly to reception. Parking lots are small, but cars are small as well nowadays, so no problem. WiFi was excellent. Lifts are large enough for many people and luggage.
A little bit disturbing is to switch into WiFi every time after equipment was down or away. Automatic WiFi connection should be better. Lifts are little bit oldfashioned and slow, one was out of order. But they are larhe enough for many people and luggage.
Location good for centre of town staff breakfast good reception/breakfast/bar area spacious
Decor dated fan of bathroom broken noisy air condition coffee very bitter - Lilly, Carte Noir etc much better
proximity to the centre
the rooms facing inward are small and have tiny windows - very dark rooms
Closeness to trams, busses and the centre of Bordeaux. Great wine!
3 of the 5 dishes on the grill menu were unavailable when I ordered a meal at 20:45 in the evening, and of the two left, part of the one I chose was inedible.
