Hotel ibis Millau  

The locationis excellent, very close to shops and restaurants. The hotel parking is a couple of minutes down the road and costs, but we were glad our car was in a safe place and it would have been very difficult to find a space near the hotel.

There were only two bath towels,no hand towels or tissues. We had breakfast in a nearby cafe - the hotel breakfast is eur 9 and definitely not worth it!

Good location within walking distance of both shops and excellent restaurants. One of the best eating experiences was located only ten minutes away. Parking was available.

Realmente el personal joven fue muy amable en todo momento.Muy profesionales,mi habitacion realmente tenia unas vistas lindisimas y contaba con mucha amplitud. Millau sin duda es una ciudad de paso,pero fue perfecto el hotel para un reparador descanso. No esperen grandes lujos,es un sitio normalito donde pasar una noche. No dejen de visitar en viaducto de Millau,que se hizo en tres anios....en mi pais Argentina aun estamos esperando que nos hagan las obras de carreteras ......creo ya que A.C....saludos viajeros.

Very convenient for Millau town, just a few minutes walk from the fountain in the centre. Secure parking. Friendly staff that speak good English.

Although not a dislike, only a comment. It would have been nice to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room.

It's in the town centre and has off street parking(extra cost)

Few facilities to store clothing i.e. shelves My wife was pleased to see the room had a bath. However, the plug in the bath did not work and clearly has not worked for a considerable time. What is the point of having a bath which cannot be used as a bath?

Great staff, centrally located, very clean throughout.

Internet access is quite restrictive through Orange contract.

We had a very spacious room and there was a lift.

We wasted a lot of time when checking in and encountered very rude staff. We were given a room with an open door into an adjoining room which did not seem to lock. We rang reception and they said they would be up to check it out. There was a note on the pillow with their 15 minute guarantee to sort out all small problems or the room is free -so we sat and waited. We couldn't go out as our bags would be available to anyone that came into the adjoining room. After 20 mins I went down and the receptionist claimed she had not said she would be up immediately and that it was not the sort of little problem that the note refered to! She went up and also could not work out how to lock the door and decided she would not rent out that room while we were there. She then worked out the problem and was able to lock it. Meanwhile our friends had ordered and eaten their lunch at a nearby restaurant! Not happy.

Millau area is well worth the visit and this hotel catered for our need.

Air conditioners did not work very good or at all

Hotel Ibis Millau provided centrally located accommodation in a clean, reasonably quiet environment with friendly and helpful staff and easy access to meals, both in - house and in the vicinity. I certainly look forward to future stays in the hotel on future visits to the Region.

The weather was warm and a complimentary bottle of cold water in the room on arrival would have been deeply appreciated. Your small investment in this would reap great returns.

the room was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff were very accommodating. There was plenty of secure parking and the hotel is well placed in the city center.

The only negative is the hotel is not very well sign posted so you will get to see some of the town when looking for it, but its a lovely town so its not that bad.

The heating had been turned off as it was summer, the weather was unseasonaly cold and the bedroom was chilly. The staff were quick to supply a heater, which was good. The heating seemed to be working the next morning

geen zeep in badkamer, na 20 minuten nog niet opgelost ondanks de garantie dat als men een probleem niet oplost binnen 15 minuten, je gratis verblijft. Milau: alle restaurants in de stad volzet: best reserveren zodra je toekomt.

La situation en centre ville

Le caractère un peu vêtuste de la salle de bain et l aspect général de l hôtel qui n' est pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé !!

L'hôtel est très bien adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite : la douche à l'italienne avec une chaise de douche spacieuse rendent le séjour facile. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible. Le restaurant gastronomique bien que bruyant propose de délicieux mets régionaux.

Pas de tnt pour les amateurs de télés (mais Canal + disponible)
