Price for a five night stay within the expensive Parisian area was nice. The staff of the hotel were helpful and also spoke english for those on holiday that speak such as their native tongue. The hotel was in front of a bus stop which can take you to a central transit hub in La Defense which may be used to get into town and close to the main tourist attractions. For disabled travelers who may not be able to use the Paris Underground due to a gross lack of elevators within the system to lower and raise disabled or wheelchair using passengers to appropriate platforms, this bus stop in front the hotel is even more useful. You can take a bus to La Defense and then a brief bus ride into the city with much better views than inside the underground, I reccommend bus 73, but I digress.
Hotel hallways were overwhelmed by the stench of cigarette smoke. The room was extremely small, as is the case for most hotel rooms in Paris as I understand. As an American, I did not appreciate the lack of a ice machine within the hotel compounded by the soft drinks available for purchase at a vending machine located within the lobby not being of acceptable temperature. An additional gripe is that upon booking my stay at this hotel I requested and was promised via email a disabled accessible room and upon arrival was told all the disabled rooms had already ben assigned and not specifically to customers with disabilities. Despite the low price of the reservation, I cannot say with any confidence that this hotel will so much as be an option for my stay in Paris on my next trip to the city, and I likewise cannot reccomend it for young couples
Nice location right close to the bus station Room was nice and clean Separate toilet and bathroom facilities
Rooms could be a bit bigger
Easy to find with the bus. Clean and quiet. Happy helpfull staff.
Had breakfast on first morning which wasn't to great. Croissants were stale along with the French bread. The fresh fruit might have been fresh a few days before. Had to ask both days for a extra towl booked for 3 to stay and only provided 2 towels. The 3rd bed was not made up which was a pain all being tired to make.
I had a good experience
No hot water at one occasion
You'll find nowhere around Paris a tidy hotel room with private WC and shower for 40 Euro! Wi-fi is excellent and totally free of charge. Room sleeps three. There is even a handy garage if you've got a vehicle. Obviously getting to the centre of Paris requires some public transportation: bus 258 (running 24/24) to La Défense, then metro line 1.
nothing negative, considering the price of the room.
Well located. Excellent parking
Asked for a baby cot, none available English is a problem, although advertised that they speak English.
Microwave available downstairs, great for doing meals for kids in the evenings.
Rooms just a bit small with kids but for the price it was great!
Value of money Quiet area many resturant & Supermarket close by +\- 100m Bus stop to La Défense
very basic room ''expected'' longe trip (20-30 min) to central Paris
The location was great! It was just far outside of Paris where it wasn't to busy but it was easy to go into the city. The room was small which is what we wanted to just sleep in. The internet was very fast.
The breakfast options were very limited. I am used to having an "European" breakfast but there was no cheese or meat. Just bread, yogurt, applesauce, hot drinks, cereal, and toppings. I did not think it was worth 6 euros
Wifi internet connection fully available.
Location.defeanatly not a good choice to visit Paris. Its the second time im at the city and for my experience staying at this hotel wont allow you to receive the overwhelming Paris environment. Faraway from city center you need to take a bus from metro station La Defense to Nanterre (not the best place with odd atmosphere).Avoid this hotel if you want to have Paris best experience.
It was clean...
Location! Yikes! We arrived late and were afraid to get out of the car! I read others reviews before booking here and this hotel was not anything like others described!! We were booked to stay here 3 night and only stayed one because our arrival (1am) was so late I did not feel like driving around Paris looking for another hotel. This may be "budget'', but it did not cost less than others in a more safe area. I would not stay here again!
Nice & clean hotel !! Very friendly staff !! Good breakfast with fresh bread & croissant ; confortable beds
Great value for your money
Quiet hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast
Clean and tidy room. Bus-stop very close to the hotel with bus connection that took you to La defence Metro/RER.
The journey to get to Paris centre still took about an hour with bus and Metro. Wifi connection did not work very good, login system did not work properly.
1) Location and nice connectivity to city 2) Rooms are clean, Value for money.
It's a depressing place with poor service and not cheap either. There was a constant noise and vibration, the bed was shaking. To avoid.
The cost is reasonable.
The room was small and without a closet or a wardrobe, just some hangers.
Close to bus stop to go to Paris
Rooms weren't clean. Stains on the sheets of the beds Room and hallway smelled like cigarettes
The price is reasonable according to the position, we need to take the subway till the last station and then take the bus; there are several restaurants and one supermarket around.
The rooms near the street are pretty noisy.
Great location great for 3-person rooms.
The breakfast buffet was kind of a joke.
price was affordable. not far from chateau de malmaisson
you could hear noises from the next room. the water of the shower could drop on the floor out of the box
Excellent value for money and only a 20 min walk to the RER station to get to the centre of Paris. A few little shops around the corner including supermarket, bakery and fast food diner.
