Comparing to what you pay all in all it is reasonable. Staffs are nice and collaborative. RER is in a walking distance (500m). If you are coming by your own car, you will find free parking in the neighborhood.

The room was smaller than what you would imagine. Lacking fridge and security box and a bad smell in the bath room (specially in the event of raining) was annoying. It is also relatively far from the center.

The staff from the reception was excellent. At check-in, we had a little issue with the check-in card key but the receptionist aided us well by providing us with another room.

    Nothing bad to say.

    Nothing at all terrible

Room was boiling hot, says air con but just a little blower which blows the warm air around your room! shower hot then cold the hot then cold, no bar staff waited over 1/2 hour for a drink, very rude staff do not understand english even though it states on they do. Who rated this hotel a 3 star seriously needs to go back and re-rate it. Wouldn't stay there again if they paid me

Free wifi. Close to the RER Train station (25mins to disneyland and about the same to central Paris). Nice shopping mall close by, but Not much else going on(closed on Sunday). Room clean and an adequate size. Fine as a cheap alternative to the super expensive Paris or disneyland hotels (perhaps best if you are, like us, big kids rather than travelling with younger children).

No room service (even though advertised as 24 hours). No bathtub.

Friendly and efficient staff, food good, good location for us and shoppers

Twin rooms far to small. This is a problem at most hotels, if the people who designed these rooms realised that working people have to share rooms they may well leave three to four feet between beds rather than the 6 inches that are .

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fresh in a nicer bright large restaurant.

The room got a bit cold and even with the heating on max the room was still chilly. Easier to sleep in a cold room than a hot one though. Getting to the hotel from the RER station on foot was difficult. Don't try and cut through the shopping mall like I did unless you know the route already as doors lead to dark, bleak alleyways. Poor crossings in front of the hotel
