On a lively street in southwest Paris, this hotel is less than half a mile from Alésia Metro Station. It has a 24-hour front desk and offers soundproof accommodations with free, unlimited Wi-Fi...

Staff was very helpful. The hotel is not that far from the metro station. The size of the room was ok for the price and considering that it was in Paris where the rooms for similar price are very small.
Price was great, small rooms but all of Paris is like that.Parking is expensive but well worth it for peace of mind....if you find a spot on the street, it's cheap but I would not feel secure. The metro is 5 minutes walk and in 2 days we were able to visit all the major sites.
Brekfast expensive for continental, parking too.
Made to pay £25 extra than what was agreed via Booking.com!! Small rooms with no coffee/tea facilities. Parking charges very high~€53 for less than 2 days!!!
There is a lovely little courtyard with chairs and tables in the inner area downstairs which is a very pleasant area to sit in the evening.
The rooms are very small shoebox size and for the first time in my life I actually experienced claustrophobia.
good service. overall it was very good.
-the room had only one wall outlet to charge your mobile or use laptop. I had to unplug the tv -timeout session of the free wifi was too short -airco/heating system could not be shut down entirely
Friendly personnel, quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast OK.
Small rooms, restaurant is mediocre. Parking is expensive! "Walking distance from the city centre" as advertised is not true.. takes an hour to get there.
very good neighborhood, close to a lively area full of restaurants. Good quality / price ratio
Location was good, close to Metro stations. 24 hrs check-in desk, bed was ok, bedding and towels were changed every day. Hair dryer included (not too bad), toiletaries were basic but useable. Wifi was free and a connection was not bad. Overall a good value for money.
Rooms are too small.
Reception staff were very helpful on multiple occasions. Felt safe in the local area at night.
Tiny room!!!! We were 2 adults and 1 child. We couldn't walk all together in the room at the same time. Only one at a time.
I had to wait for a while at the counter.
Staff was very kind and warm. They were always helpful and offered us changing room when I claimed due to inconsiderate neighbor.
Cheap sealing: The voice or TV sound came from the next door. The room stank smoking because the neighbor smoked.
Room was very little.
It is a comfortable place with good location in Paris. Many cafes, supermarkets and restaurants around.
Nice place to stay at.
Right price for the place, a little pricy menu food nice installations
The beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
The corridors smelled like cigarettes. And smoke seemed to come through the bathrooms of the other rooms. Overall the smell was horrible.
It was clean/comfortable /quiet/the lights the TV worked ..It was NOT too far from the Metro, and in a neighbourhood that had everything one needed.
The toilet was difficult to flus clear ..I commented on this on leaving.
Room was unentered by staff as requested. The receptionist that initially attended me was very helpful.
I paid cash. Requested a receipt, I check my bank statement. There is a pending debit...YOU Charged me twice!! Another very upsetting negative. I left a key at the reception desk for my friend very early in the morning as I napped. It was left with a name and instructions. My friend arrived and had to wait hours for me to wake up because the simple instructions could not be followed. I might be wrong but I don't believe so, my friend might not have been attended properly due to their ethnicity. My room could have been called as my friend announced the room number. Nothing was done to accommodate them...they were simply turned away. This person traveled from far without rest to show me around...very upsetting. This is the 21st century, have your staff mute their racist feelings while at work!!
The hotel was very nice and CLEAN! The room is not very big, but we spent the hole day in the city, so we were only sleeping there. Therefore the room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sortiment for the breakfast was typical French, so we really liked it (croissants, baguette, 2 kind of cheese, jam ...). The hotel is appr. 3-5 min. walk to the metro station M4-Alesia, where you get directly to many sights. The surrinding has many nice french shops :D! For this price everything was great!
In the bed we had one huge blanket instead of 2 single blankets, but otherwise everything was fine.
Overall good stay
The carpets in the room could be changed. They looked dingy and dirty.
Scale in the toilet, the room and the bathroom were not clean as should be. The duvet cover was torn and there was a mold on it, not too big, but detailed eye could see that. I would expect more from a 3-star hotel.
Montparnasse was an excellent area being safe and having many good restaurants nearby. The staff behind the Reception desk were exceptionally helpfull and friendly and spoke good English.
Some mold in the bathroom and on ceiling, room small, no bar fridge or electric jug for making coffee or tea.
Great location, near to metro station for quick travel around Paris. Supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops close by.
Can't open any windows so had to have air con on through the night.
Very nice staff at reception, very welcoming & friendly.Rooms were just what we needed & breakfast on Friday morning was very good.the waiter in restaurant that morning was very friendly & helpful. We liked the area too & access to metro very good.
Breakfast on Thursday morning was very disappointing. No croissants (very long wait) & only one waiter who was rushed off his feet & not happy. Some staff appeared to b having b'fast. No staff to hand over breakfast tickets either.
