Receptionist was very nice on our arrival and tried to give a quiet room. Great location. Clean towels every day.

Dust under the bed, on lights, tv remote control. Noises of the lift and other people.

Great location for transport into central Paris. The Gare Du Nord train station is under 5 minutes walk away. Staff spoke great English and were helpful and accommodating. Room was clean upon arrival and serviced daily.

Poor wifi service to rooms, even after paying for premium.

Location and very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Relaxed atmosphere. Quiet at the back of the bulding. Small but well laid out garden.

Room a bit small but good enough for a few nights.

Very close to Gare du Nord (convenient for travel), staff was attentive and knew of good places to eat.

Room air conditioner was broken, staff knowledge of nearby area wasn't very strong.

This hotel is very good, staff is wonderful, rooms are small but value for money. It is close to Nord station, buses are available to main attractions and while coming back they drop almost in front of the hotel. We had few issues, but staff resolved them quickly. I would recommend this hotel and I thank staff for wonderful stay.

Only issue with the hotel is Parking (over which Ibis has no control). The parking is an agreement between the hotel and a private parking on Rue d'Abbeville, just in front of the hotel. The parking is all manual, so you do not get a ticket or daily pass. 1) So you will have to leave your car along with the keys. The parking place is chosen by the staff, so they drive your car to parking place on any floor. it is possible that car is parked on the roof in open, in my car due to heat, the plastic sticker almost melted. 3) Be careful to tell staff your total stay time otherwise you might need to pay for every exit and take new card at the entry. 4) Parking is not reserved, so if it is full, be ready to find new parking nearby.

Staff is helpful. Clean and tidy room.

Wifi in some rooms doesn't work, but the hotel staff help us change the room with available wifi signal.

    - friendly staff with good English proficiency - relatively new hotel - 300 metres from Gare du Nord

    - It never seizes to amaze me how tiny hotel rooms in Paris are. This hotel is, of course, no exception.

There was no towels in the room when I arrived in the first place. They got wrong about my booking status and I had to explain the same things again and again. The staff was so annoying. I would not stay there again.

Location, price, room (small but with all you need). If you are looking for a cheao accommodation in Paris (almost impossible to find), this is the perfect place.

A bit noisy during night (you could hear traffic from outside).

nothing. i usually like ibis for quick business trips because of its no-frills approach. i have stayed in several ibis(es) in different countries but this one takes the cake for the worst ibis experience.

-dirty carpets, dust everywhere. -super tiny room. -i could hear toilets from other rooms being flushed -don't bother with the breakfast. -the room felt very old. -the internet promises to log you in for 24 actually have to log in with your name and email address every time you wake your devices up.
