The Place was good, beside the canal.
Far from city center, but it wasn't a real problem, everything else was good.
Staff on arriving was very nice and helpful. Only lady in restaurant was impolite on the beginning, but it was change. Tasty french breakfasts and comfortably bed. Bathroom small, but private. Good access to metro station.
Wi-Fi connection very poor also after we bought upgrade, speed was very slow and we were unable to use internet. Price could include breakfat, but unfortunately need to pay extra.
The hotel is nicely located next to the river and rooms are okay.
The room cleaners are very noisy.
Location, breakfast, staff
Rooms are small, especially the bathroom.
- small rooms - dirty
nothing that I like of a hotel
certain reception staffs need to be more polite during check in. A poor standard of breakfast. Location of hotel is not ideal, as difficult to get a cab too. When I put a sign Do not disturb outside my room door, housekeeping still enters the room to clean but does not fill up the shower gel container which was emptied on the day I arrived!
Price was good, rooms generally clean
Lifts - key system so you couldn't visit friends on other floors. Gave up and used the stairs. Staff generally unhelpful especially in the bar area. Booked wake up call not made. Mouse in reception area. Incorrect taxi booked at wrong time so had to pay for 2 to the airport
Pretty location. Some staff very nice and helpful in reception. Room cleaners very nice.Towels changed daily. Good bed. Good breakfast.First night was hot and it was quiet enough to leave window open.
quite a walk to Metros (2) especially with luggage. Reception could at times be very disorganised. I paid with a French cheque for room but couldn't pay for dinner with it .After the concert we all wanted a drink and it took 15mins to get served as staff so slow and disorganised. No coffee shop, restaurant only opened at certain hours.
This was an excellent hotel with warm and friend staff.
Double bed are two single bed put together and was not pleasant
microwaved main meals
WiFi connection was really bad, sometimes worked sometimes just not!
open 24-7, clean, excellent staff
the view was nice
its far from center and room was small
Breakfast , room and night staff
Wifi very poor reception
Close to metro, they told us exactly what trains to take to see attractions, and spoke French and English. They also called a taxi for us and when we showed up hours early we were accommodated quickly.
The rooms were small which is supposedly common in Paris and there are only towels for your body, not the face.
Location is very good. From 5th floor and higher there is very nice view to water channel with swans and ducks. Special thanks to all members of hotel staff who helped us to find and receive our delayed luggage.
Room is small enough, but it is necessary to know this feature of many IBIS hotels.
Usual ibis hotel Lil small room neat n tody
Not so close to any metro station
Realy nice hotel
A perfect welcome, helpful, cheerful and polite. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view over the canal. A great price through Booking.com - and a good buffet breakfast (not included in the price) set me on my way after my one overnight.
Bad machine coffee in the restaurant was my only complaint! The rest of the breakfast was great!
Cleanliness, and good staff
Very poor Wifi, like nothing a very small room, no closet, No air conditioning! (Just a small duct that provides a fresh air!) Very Expensive restaurant (1/2 l water for 4 Euro) Location is a bit far, however, 10 min walking to the Meter
It is about 800m from the metro station - very easy walk. Few nice places to eat nearby, also shop if you need to buy basic food. It is Ibis - so you know what you can expect. Parc La Vilette is very close - great place to relax, interesting example of deconstructive (landscape) architecture from 80s.
The bed was perfect.
Very small room and funny smell..
Friendly staff.. Reasonably close to metro station
A bit too pricey for a very small room No air conditioning which would not have been an issue had they provided us with an electric fan.. I was surprised that they did not have any
Location and access to Metro Cleanliness Friendliness of Staff Wifi Parking below hotel (expensive) 24 hour reception
No bathroom mats or toilet brushes Extremely congested rooms (too small) No place to keep anything whatsoever
