My room was at the 1th floor. There was too much noise coming from upstairs. I couldn't adjust the air conditioner to make the room temperature higher. There is no kettle, no coffee, no tee in the room. The breakfast was very poor.
Good value for money Simple but modern furniture Nice hall
Free wi-fi is slow
The Restaurant and the bar staff were not friendly. The room didn't have a microwave which is a necessity.
Good location and security. One of the staff in front desk was very helpful
Triple room size was so small. Actually it's a double room with extra bed. Not really comfortable.
Wi Fi works good enough. Lobby of the hotel is comfortable and clean. Rooms are good for 3 stars and clean.
Location is a bit far away from the last metro station. Room staff is untidy. While cleaning the rooms they put the cloths from the bed in a real mess instead of making it in the order. Staff from the reception is different. Some are friendly enough but not all of them unfortunately.
Clean, good place, close to public transport
Rooms were rather small, Yoo have to connect to wireless every half an hour (in a case of inactivity) that I did not like
Price/performance ratio is good
10 min walk to closest metro station
Close to metro. Staff were nice. Avoid room 840 (or any room with 40 I assume) as it was right next to the lift and we got woken often. Quite far from the city but that didnt bother us. Would stay again.
The lobby decoration was very tasteful, the staff was most helpful and smiling.
Minuscule bedroom, only two power outlets inconveniently situated and none in the bathroom. Thin walls made for a noisy environment.
just o.k. , no more
the hotel is comfortable and very tidy
there is no facility to do some coffee in the room
Location and very clean
all was correct : welcome, room, bathroom, breakfast
a little far from metro station
the location of the hotel is good and near the metro station so it is easy to go anywhere, and the price is good comparing to other hotels and service quality, the hotel is clean and comfey
i did not like the bathroom, it is small and i did not like the idea of seperating the bathroom and shower, the room is too small it would be better if it is larger
The ease of travel into the city
the almost TOTAL lack of help in English!! Yes, Ibis are a French based chain of hotels, but the majority of customers there were, on the whole, English speakers..an example was the television...only ONE channel of repeated news on the whole list...VERY POOR!!!!
Breakfast is poor
Highly recommend this hotel for tourists as the staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities are all of top quality.
The rooms however are very small, it is hard to move around, especially with luggage in the room. Also make sure to be specific with the address of this hotel if you are going there by taxi or asking for directions because this area has endless Ibis Hotels and we were left wandering for ages.
Everything is in order Very clean Good value for money Close to metro
the location was good. access to metro ok. comfort level acceptable.
bar prices high. resturanrt below expectation
Breakfast was very good. Location was good for the price. Lots of nice local food places.
Coolness of air conditioning could have been better.
The chinese reception staff was not helpfull in sloving our needs, like need change of coins for luggage locker, just say dont have . doesnt help in changing it. we have to go out of to get the change for 10euro. U cant change Euro 500 here, or any where in france.even the banks. Dont know why the govt issue the big notes in the first place.
When we arrived the staff was very helpful, courteous, and spoke English well. It had ok air conditioning and the wifi was good and worked well. Our room was very clean. It was a short walk to the metro station which you pass many cafés and pastry shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was affordable and offered more bed options for families.
It was a bit hard to find. It was tucked away in the back of several other hotels. The people of Paris were very helpful and tried to direct us in the right direction. Finally a young lady actually walked with us to the hotel. The air conditioning could have been a bit colder since it was hot and muggy in Paris but it was ok. The rooms were small but adequate since we only used the hotel to sleep and clean up to go out into the city and experience Paris as much as we can.
Restaurant, acomodations, staff, Wifi (internet), help in tourist matters, television. A 03 stars hotel that gives more than that.
Far from the center town, no frigerator in the room
- welcome staff - 15 minutes walking from metro station - room and WC very clean
- I had to spend the first night at Novotel because they do not accept VISA electron card so they cancel my reservation without notice before I came
Overall Experience was good
My VISA card is charged twice and I am struggling to get it corrected. I called hotel couple of times - once manager was not there and next time they just could understand my issue. Its really strange that IBIS hotel will make such a mistake that they will charge me twice 389 EUROS for 4 nights and then another 389 EUROS. I hope they will rectify it asap thought I dropped a email to them 2 days before and still no response. Any help will be appreciated.
