It was just terrible. Room was small and awfully shabby. The walls between rooms appeared to have been made of cardboard. You heard every whisper from neighbours. Guess so did they. One tiny window. One small towel in the bathroom. Room not perfectly clean to say the least. Electronic keys refused to work from time to time. Staff was not friendly. Poor breakfest. I used to stay at this chain hotels a few times lately at different locations and looked like low standards were something that ran in the family. Worth remembering it used to be a pretty decent hotels in the past. I really leked them. Given this was not first bad experience would never stay at Ibis again.
Excellent location, 2 minute walk from port de montreuil metro station. Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Can view eiffel tower from the rooms. Clean and hygiene and a safe place to stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Hotel isn't band new but clean and comfortable. Good price and good location (4 min from metro)
Value for money. Metro 5 minute walk. Happy hour bar round corner with most friendliest staff.
Shower didnt drain so quick showers a must as chance of the base filling & overflowing. Bedding not the cleanest. No toilet brush. Reception staff, AWFUL, RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, UNHELPFUL & IGNORANT! We will never return! Paid €45 on arrival for 3 day parking. On checking out they asked for the parking to be paid again, when I tried to explain that I had paid on check in they said that I hadn't! fortunately had kept receipt so had proof! I would definitely advise the managers to teach them some customer service skills as several other guest reviews have also commented on this. Never again!!!!
No option to open window, air condition working poorly.
Staff, breakfast, room cleaness, area
Staff it's not very happy when you ask something specially in a language different from french.
Parking under hotel, 15 eur/24hrs. Next to Pheriferique/highway so very convenient. Chinese restaurant pay per portion at 200 mtrs was good. Beds good, shower ok. Ok hotel for the price if it's just for 1 night.
Bathroom not spotless, old tiles. Neighborhood not very good; at night homeless people on the street.
Metro was close and easy to use and was ideal location for us.
Ibis quite good over all, but the staff where not brilliant. Tried to arrange bottle of champagne to the room before arrival, the call was very abrupt. This did not spoil our trip though x
Relatively convenient location (metro access) Comfortable beds Easy and simple check in/check out
Staff did not appear friendly The hotel obviously sees a lot of traffic of people, and is starting to look tired, giving it an unclean look
The beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good shower.
The public spaces are run down and the staff detached. There was no indication at the time of booking that the restaurant was not serving lunches on the weekends.
while we were away money was taken from our wallets!!! rooms are small, there is a strange smell in the corridor and rooms.
Big Market outsite hotel. Very confy bed. Top floors nice views of paris. Cafes and shopping mall at the doorstep. Metro only a few minutes walk, direct line to centre. There is a bar/restaurant in 2nd floor.dident try food and closses around 11 at night.parking available €15 per day.ok if you only need a confy bed to sleep on after all day site seeing
Windows can not be open.Because of the market the area becames littered with rabish but is cleanned in the eve. It looked a bid seeded but we had no problems arriving late at night with our teenage girl.basic hotel, you get got you pay for
I have ask to check inn hour early when I book the room. That didn't happen when I get to paris
View was great, location was easy to find
Staff were blunt and unwelcoming and the hotel rooms were dated, un-kept and unclean
Good clean bed
No Wi fi No Iron board No coffee maker or Microwave
Location was in a questionable area. No cabs available. Nothing near by.
The view from the window is nice- you can see eiffel tower. Comfortable beds. 15-20 min to centre with metro or car.
Very bad location - metro station is not far from hotel, but location is very dirty and looks not safe. Non smoking room smells of smoke. There was no toillet brush. Not new hotel. In the morning i was woken up by other people talking in the hall, you could hear every word through the door and walls.
clean rooms, comfy beds.
staff were slightly unfriendly but you dont see them much if you are out and about all day
The area is full Homils
Close to metro stop
Neighborhood and facilities
The location near a metro stop was very good. The car was secure in the parking lot. The bed was superbly comfortable.
The staff was helpful to a point. The hotel restaurant was a disappointment... food wasn't great and the service was lacking. We had problems with the AC, no way to turn on or off. We had one electrical outlet we could use...none in the bathroom. Ugh!
breakfast,bed,room with superb view
The price was reasonable since we needed two rooms for a family of 4. It was fairly close to a metro stop.
The location didn't feel unsafe but it was next to a street market that generated a lot of trash. In addition, the rooms were extremely small and not insulated from hallway noise/doors closing.
The view from our room. Your staff was very accommodating.
The first room we were given on the 8th floor was a twin bed and the room had strong cigarette smell, however your staff was able to change our room to a double room which located on the 9th floor. Which was great. Thank you.
