The location was on our route to the south from Calais

The non smoking room had a strong smell of smoke

Rouen lovely city would like to have had more time to look around 2 days not long enough.

lovely hotel good position with restaurants all around and music hall, would love to come back and hopefully in the new year we will return.

Fairly inexpensive, helpful staff

Rooms are terribly small, only one member of staff (apparently) to do everything after about 17:00 when most people are arriving. No kettle in the room.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la autopista. Cama excelente y mucha tranquilidad! Un restaurante increíble justo al lado del hotel...

- Olía muy fuerte a cigarro el pasillo y se filtraba en la habitación. - En la recepción había un anuncio de desayuno a 5 euros por persona después de las 10 de la mañana, no obstante, los fines de semana es después de las 11 y eso NO estaba marcado por lo que tuvimos que pagar 9 euros.

la chambre est étroite.

Le service du personnel, qui est intervenu rapidement pour débloquer la porte de la chambre n° 250.

La propreté de la salle de bains. La qualité du linge. Le bruit permanent lié au moteur de la vmc, nous avions demandé une chambre calme opposée à la route, mais de ce fait nous n'avons pu dormir correctement. Le paiement à l'arrivée.

La chambre était vraiment petite : le couloir d'accès ne laisse pas la possibilité de passer convenablement avec une valise et dans la salle de bain, les toilettes étaient collés au mur (difficile de s'y asseoir...

conveniently located when travelling from channel ports to Spain.

It was extremely noisy, the doors were banging all the time. The maid entered to clean the rood even when the sign :’Do not disturb’ was on the door. They tried to debit my card even if on the reservation was marked they wont, the price they asked was higher then on the reservation. The room was very small, the free wifi was limited and slow

The hotel was easy to find being near the Zenith Expo. Rooms were fine for an overnight stay en route to Spain/Portugal. Welcoming bar on our arrival. Parking was secure for our motorcycles.

There was no hairdryer in the room but the receptionist obtained one for me. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there are some nearby.

Facile à trouver et pour se garer. Propre. Personnel sympathique. Grande impression de calme au petit déjeuner (un dimanche matin). Un endroit que je connais bien et où je descends régulièrement pour de courts séjours sur Rouen. Jamais déçu.

Easy access to main roads out of rouen. Quiet location. excellent parking facilities. Freindly staff.
