Reasonable price, clean room, helpful staff. The walls between the rooms are very thin (my wife struggled to sleep because somebody in the next room was snoring). We booked a double room but were given a twin. Be careful if you are visiting without a car - the fortified town of St. Malo is actually 15 minutes away by car or 45 minutes to walk. A taxi will cost you around 15 EUR each way.

The staff were all very helpful and freindly. Clean room and good food. We did not sleep very well because the plastic matress cover caused us to be too hot and perspire all night.

its location for travelling early next morning or returning to Jersey as the boat times are not always good the beds were very uncomfortable, everytime you moved they made a noise, and the sheets were not soft so kept me awake. The menu has been changed but my husband and I didn't like what was on there but because it was not busy the chef did make us both omelette and chips. We will be looking for another hotel for next time we are over which is a shame as we go to France on small trips from 8 to 15 times a year and if the boats are not right on either outwards or return we use the Ibis.

Good hotel with easy access to the uk ferries. Good rooms with large beds. Restaurant served good quality but limited menu. Drinks are very expensive 6.60euro for a large beer - obviously subsidising the room rate. Would stay here again. Bar prices are very high

Same reliable and friendly welcome, with the restaurant open late enough to give us time to get there. Once again, a great way to start our short holiday.

The free parking drew us initially to the Ibis. We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we turned up how accomodating the hotel staff were bearing in mind that the hotel was just out of town on a busy junction. Best was yet to come - when we had our evening meal. We were to tired to go out for a meal so we chose to eat in the hotel. The food was really good and it was clear that the chef had really put alot of effort into the preperation. So good we had another meal there the following evening. Full marks to the entire staff for our stay.

This hotel is basic but convieniant for fery port and the old town of St Malo.easy to locate and good parking.recommend for travlers who use the ferries to uk and possibly for a overnight stay while visiting the Brittany region, The options of food for evening meals are not wide and varied and I would suggest a trip to the old town - 5/10 mins by car as a much better option.Breakfast is a tad expensive at @ 9.00 euros per person.

it was convenient for the port - otherwise I thought it was overpriced for the facilities offered does not compare favourably with the budget hotels of the same standard in the UK

Able to take a bus into the centre of town and proximity to the Ferry and Carrefour. The breakfast was fairly good and well presented. Facilities rather basic but then again i would not expect 5 star luxury. The walls are rather thin and if anyone was intent on making a noise it could be very difficult. That really could put me off booking again.
